Green drop has been my go to for a few years, and they're always helpful, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommend them for service, and their membership for oil changes is a great option for preventative maintenance.

Wish I could give negative stars. Made an appt a week ago. Showed up early for the appt. Came to get my car at the time I was quoted it would be done (2 hours after drop off) and was told they hadnt even started the work and it would be another hour and 1/2. I get that things happen but I asked why I didn’t get a phone call alerting me, no answer from his Panda Express coated lips. Terrible customer service when I was hoping for signing up for a yearly membership had they been better than Toyota. One phone call wouldve shown respect for my time. You could've done that after you called your lunch order in!

I could not ask for better customer service, I've had to use green drop 3 times in just as many weeks, multiple cars nothing on them, and they have worked with me on timelines, costs, holding fees, literally everything they could have been flexible about they have been and in my favor at every turn. A truly wonderful local business that is more concerned about customer satisfaction/retention than their bottom line. They're also fast and informative about everything, I can't think of any reason to use a different garage than them I've worked with specifically Kimberly and Dax both are incredibly lovely and understanding people.

We had trip from southeastern Utah to Portland and our car stopped working at The Dalles on a Sunday. I called around and Green Drop said if we got there before 3 we could probably get looked at. After a long wait and a rather terrifying tow truck ride (not associated with Green Drop) we barely made it before closing. I called on the way and they were very cool about having us drop off our vehicle and leaving it. We asked about how we should plan our time and they were cool with us still doing our vacation as planned and keeping in touch via phone. Green Drop is THE BEST. I was absolutely positive our transmission **** the bed, but it was a CV joint (expensive, but there was no way we were gonna afford a transmission so we were very worried). They checked the car out, pointed out other problems we'll handle back at home, and got our CV joint fixed in a day (and didn't charge us a diagnostic fee)! We didn't have to drive a rental car 1000 miles back home, or figure out how to purchase a new car. They were always so kind on the phone and in person, this place was GREAT. Even though we had a rental car, you guys saved our trip! If we lived in Portland, we would both get memberships. If you had swag, I would display that swag. I would follow Green Drop into Hell, that's how psyched I am about their services to us. I'm not even joking, I even called a second Green Drop to ask about if they had technicians available after 3pm and they were super nice too! You guys rock and both of us are grateful!

I was travelling through Portland when I experienced car trouble. The folks at Green Drop took my car in on a Sunday, and were able to run full diagnostics on Monday morning putting me back on the road by lunchtime. The staff professionalism & candid desire to help me out really stood out to me. Highly recommend!!!

As soon as I arrived the technician was on it. I was having sparkplugs and brakes/rotors done on my 2019 Ascent. I discovered that I was within 400 miles of my 60k maintenance and asked them if they could service the CVT, differentials and do an induction cleaning of the engine while I was there. No Problem at all. The staff was friendly and efficient and only pointed out maintenance requirements that I already knew were needed. Fast, honest and efficient = integrity. Thanks team!

Green Drop Garage is THE BEST. Truly, cannot say enough good things about this company. My sister and brother-in-law had unexpected truck issues 2 days before their wedding. Green Drop Garage not only fixed everything to perfection, but HAND DELIVERED the truck to their wedding venue to ensure they had their vehicle as soon as possible. This team has the best service you’ll find.

I can’t say thank you enough or recommend Green Drop enough. The week of our wedding our gas tank got drilled into and needed replaced - leaving us without a vehicle and without our camping set up for our wedding. Green drop not only got us in for the repair without notice but fixed it within three days and also delivered our truck all the way out to our venue to ensure we had our vehicle for our wedding camping and transportation. We are so so blown away by their kindness and customer service. They made lifetime customers out of us!

I'm so grateful for the good peeps at Green Drop Garage. Their thorough process of evaluating what's going on with my car, educating me about what repairs are top priority, and then providing great communication while my car is in the shop has made me a very loyal customer over the years. Their customer service folks are really kind and easy going communicators which is especially helpful for someone like me who doesn't understand cars!

There is not a more helpful group of people period. They are kind and funny and provide service with a smile that is genuine. Inside their office they have a great selection of local beverages and AC! I brought in a car that was remarkably unsafe and they helped me get my money back from the dealership. I can't guarantee.They'll always do that much.But they sure did help me out every time i've been there. There's not another garage on the planet that I would take my cars to. Go Green Drop!!!

A fantastic shop. Being from out of town and dealing with car issues is stressful but these guys gave me the peace of mind with quick and quality work. I was in and out in less than 2 days. Really appreciate Mr. Rhodes accommodating my unique situation and going out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.

I love my service at Green Drop. I drop my car off, they give me a free coffee, I walk to Coava down the steer for a coffee and come back within the hour after my oil has been changed. It’s pretty perfect. Their monthly service plan works well for me. I didn’t even pull out my wallet:-)

I don’t leave reviews basically ever but I felt like I had to after the ridiculousness of this shop. If I could give zero stars I would. From the start I had to consistently call the garage to receive any updates about my vehicle maintenance and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for them to get the part they said would take 1 week. I would have gone with a cheaper shop, but the original “1 week” timeline was faster than the other shops. Jokes on me for believing their quote, I guess. But trust they found the time to call and ask if I wanted to spend more money on their membership before I had even gotten any repair! I was told I’d owe ~100$ for the final labor cost (not counting the $600 for diagnostic and part), and was charged $120 at the time of pick up. When I asked where the extra charge had come from, I was told “part disposal”. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Turns out, it wasn’t part disposal! They charged me for a part/service they had given SOMEONE ELSE’S CAR! After leaving feedback with their post-repair survey, I got a call to “apologize” for “several communication breakdowns” and receive a refund for the part they charged me for. Gee, thanks. TLDR; Their quotes are 2-3x other shops, their service is slow, and their communication is lacking. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

I had a minor issue of a bolt in my tire. It was a Sunday and this place was the only shop opened nearby. I showed Nathan the bolt and despite it not being busy he wanted to have my car for a couple of hours. I was skeptical but said ok. When I came back after 3 hours my tire was completely flat. He then said there were 4 nails in my tire (yeah right) and wanted me to buy $700 tires for replacement because it was "unsalvageable". I said no and he brought my car to the back, patched it up, and miraculously my tire was fine. Save yourself a panic attack and absolutely do not go here. Go to a more reliable and trusted company.

I’m usually a big fan of Green Drop, the people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job. This time around I took my car in for a simple engine code fix. For some odd reason that meant that they needed to be in the cabin of my vehicle and remove the panel that hides the seatbelt mechanism. In doing so they lost a bracket, and cracked the cover. It was scratched previously and now it’s got a big ol’ crack. I’m livid. There was no reason for them to be poking around in there. Now I need to buy a new part.

My wife and I just bought a new car for the first time in almost 15 years. I'd heard about Green Drop because it is a Certified B Corp, meaning I can spend my money with a company that cares about people and planet instead of just profit. So when it was time for an oil change, I scheduled an appointment. Start to finish, everyone was really kind and willing to add as much context as I wanted about the service or their membership program. Nathan at the Central location went above and beyond; they patched up a small nail hole in one tire and alerted me to something the dealer missed, a possible rear main seal leak. It should be covered by warranty, but I'm glad it won't be getting any worse... We are definitely signing up for the monthly membership!

One of my cars stopped working and they helped me through the whole process. Helped me get it towed to their garage and kept me updated the whole time while they found the issue and fixed it fast. The whole team was great and professional.

Brought the challenger for a quick tire fix as a screw pierced my front right tire. It was 440pm on a saturday and I needed the tire patched up before my road trip the following morning, called the garage and was immediately told to come in. Caleb and team got me patched in under 30mins. Amazing customer service and great vibes, shout out to marcus for such a fast work!

This place is awesome. First of all, they are open on weekends which is hard to find for a repair shop. I called about a loose part under my car and Nathan had me come in so he could check it out. When I got there he fixed it in about 5 minutes. Turned out the part was missing a clip. He wouldn't accept any payment for his work. I even offered to buy his lunch which he refused. Anyway, I say all that to say if you are in need of a repair I would highly recommend green drop. I will definitely be back. Thank you Nathan for being awesome

I have been taking my vehicles to Green Drop Garage ever since moving to Portland and it has been a great experience every time. They are so easy to work with and their system of keeping you updated throughout the process is both efficient and reassuring. Cannot say enough good things about this place! They are hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I’m on a big road trip and was stopping in Portland for just a few days to visit family, and of course my old Tacoma was making some engine noise/knocking, and having some other issues on the way there. I got to town on the weekend, and Green Drop is possibly the only shop open on weekends in Portland. So I called these guys and Nathan was able to get me in the same day to start diagnosing the problem. He and his team went above and beyond to find and fix the issue, going through at least three or four different stages of diagnostic testing over a few days to determine what the cause(s) of the issue was. They were able to get the truck running so much better, all the while keeping me well informed about what was wrong and what other work I need to do in the future to keep the truck running well. Highly recommend them to anyone in Portland and I will certainly go back if I’m in the area again and need any work done!! Thanks for all the help Nathan and Team!

We were just moving into town from another state on a Sunday when we found a bolt in our tire. We didn't know where a good mechanic or tire place was, and everyone we were calling seemed to be closed or didn't have enough people to help. We called this Green Drop on SE 9th and they said we could come in around 3PM. We get there, Nathan takes a look at our tire, and says it would be no problem to patch in an hour or so, oh and also it would be free. He was super nice and helpful, and the garage itself was busy but organized. We came back in a few hours, the tire was repaired, and indeed it was free. He even offered us cold brew out of the office fridge. He left a great first impression, and we will be coming back here for all our maintenance from now on.

Yesterday was one of those days where it felt like nothing could go right. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed... i ran out of coffee, had a headache, and when i got in the car in the evening I noticed there was water on the passenger side floor. I tried to handle it myself but realized that it was more than I could deal with. Today, I called Green drop, and Nathan answered. I told him my story and he said swing by, I can help. And he did! In fact I think he solved the problem, stay tuned. What a wonderful experience, it turned my whole day around. Thank you Nathan, and thank you green drop!

I have used Green drop garage for years and have had nothing but primo experience. one in particular stands out. our transmission needed servicing. Green drop serviced it, yet Another problem occurred and it blew up shortly after we began our trip. Quickly, the hardworking experts at that shop bent over backwards to take care of us. I cannot rave enough about Green Drop Garage.

By far one of the best shops I've ever been to. Caleb and his team are truly exceptional in everything they do. When you go to green drop you'll be treated with kindness, accepted, and most importantly respected. They do a lot for the community and strive to be great. Not a lot of places left like this! Went in for an interview and was blown away with the way they do things and how much respect they gave me. Will continue to recommend anyone I know to go to green drop. Went to the shop to get some help with a tire that went flat. Nathan and Forest were exceptional!! Nathan greeted me as soon as I arrive and Forest found the whole in my sidewall in no time. They even helped me by taking the tire off the rim since it wasn’t fixable. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend these guys!
