Nice lady always as cashier. Mechanic also gentleman and nice. I feel safe when going there. Actually its the only gas station I feel safe at in that whole area from Freeport to Riverside. Thank you

Went to get a smog done but wasn’t sure if all my monitors were set. So I asked the guy if it was okay to check the monitor to make sure it would pass smog before smogging it. He said no we don’t do that which was odd when it takes 2 seconds to plug in a scan tool to check which most smog places would do without hesitation. I was fine with that and still wanted to proceed and I asked if it doesn’t pass the first time do I get a free second try like all smog places does. He said no which is outrageous and they charge 69 dollars which is pretty high for smog and you don’t get a free retry. This place has terrible customer service. Would not recommend bringing my car here for smog ever. To the owner please learn to have better customer service it isn’t hard to do. .

Mark has always been very helpful by phone or in person I've taken a couple vehicles there in the past years. They're always busy so you know they are good 👍 they're labor is pricey but they do a good job. Everyone else there is friendly as well. Very convenient spot when you need an auto repair in the neighborhood.

One the very few Shell stations with independent service center. Their staff still know their skills and knowledge on repairing passenger cars and trucks.

Only gas station I know that gives free air and water in tge Greenhaven area. Service is totally awesome! There was a young African American male who saw me pull up to put air in my tires. He motioned for me to go to him in the shop where he proceeded to put air in all 4 tires AND clean my windshield ... ALL with a smile and great attitude! This Asian totally appreciates this young man and admires the image he is presenting of his employer! MANY THANKS to him!!

Jury is still out on this brake repair, had to immediately take it back in as something they installed slipped (they fixed it) and I typically get my oil done at one of those quick drive-through places that try to sell you on any car related liquid or filter, but this time, since my brakes were getting done, I asked for oil service too since it was due and have had a small leak ever since. First attempt to have them fix it failed and the weekend manager passed the buck, I'm trying one more time with the boss and will update the review after that. Really nice people there and I believe trustworthy too, I've brought 4 different cars through there for over 10 years. I hope they take care of me now.

I took my car in because the breaks were going to the floor paid $450 my breaks still go to the floor and don’t break they replaced a caliper at a rate of $300 dollars on top of the $140 I spent to diagnose why it was doing that still not fixed the mechanic gave me a “might be this or it might be that” said we can start by replacing your caliper that’s leaking and see if that will do it. Thing is I just replaced that caliper they didn’t specify if was leaking from a hose or if the whole caliper needed replacing. When you look up my issue online the answer across the board is that my ducking master cylinder needs to be replaced and the mechanic of course after telling me the litany of other issues that was wrong tells me this last as if it the whole reason I came in was to be told my tensioner is too tight and eating my belt and I need an oil change.
