I can’t recommend Omar enough! He went above and beyond to help me with my car. Not only did he conduct a thorough inspection, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly and addressed every issue that needed fixing. Omar and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and honest throughout the entire process. I’ve been taking my Wrangler to Green Garage for about a year now for maintenance and various repairs, and I’ve always had an outstanding experience. Omar, in particular, has been exceptional. He consistently provides top-notch service, offering the best solutions for my car with a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. One of the things I love the most is that they always send photos and videos of the damaged and repaired parts, which helps me feel confident in the work being done. Overall, Green Garage is a highly reliable shop with excellent service that I highly recommend.

***UPDATE*** As I anticipated in my original review, this has been my go to shop. Since then, I have had a few instances where I needed to bring in my almost 20 year old Jeep and have never regretted choosing this garage. They have consistently been accommodating and fair. Shoutout to Omar, Nicole and the techs. This is the second time that I have been to Green's Garage. The first time I forgot to write a review so I'm doing it now. Both times I waited while work was being done and I would listen to conversations between the front desk staff and other costumers (both in person and over the phone) and they were knowledgeable, informative and seemed to work with the costumers on all issues of concern to the costumer. My experience with them was no different. I have never left a review on ANY auto repair shop but being that I am impressed so far with my treatment here that I am doing so today. I have decided that I will be calling on them to be my go to shop for any future work on my vehicle including regular maintenance. Shout out to "Blake" at the front desk today.

10000/5 stars! These guys are amazing! Very honest and fair and reliable - and they go above and beyond in customer service. Another mechanic quoted me an insanely high price to fix my Prius but, after a short panic attack, I found Green’s Garage who gave me a very reasonable, affordable quote for the same work. They then were super kind to coordinate for me to pick up the car on a Saturday when they were closed! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had an issue with a car I purchased with Carvana, and Green's Garage was covered by them. They were VERY professional, helpful and excellent at communicating what was going on with the car. They made a not so great experience, a good one by helping us figure out what was wrong with the car. Dealing with them was easy and I love that they sent a link where you could see what was being done in real time. They even uploaded pics of error codes and pics of my car to be sure no damage was done. EXCELLENT service!

I was a first customer and I must say, although they are very knowledgeable and professional technically, I did not like the service at all: no clear explanation of anything, I had to come back several times to ask what may seem like stupid questions but after paying 500 USD because supposedly my battery needed change, I had to come back several times to understand the problems they found in the car (a lot). No communication with the client, I had to practically ’ask the favor’ to be explained what was wrong and what needed to be done and what was the urgency of each thing. At the end I was told I would get information and quote about the pending problems, never got that. I felt treated as a stupid woman asking obvious questions. I’ve decided to go to another place to review the other problems and attention has been completely different, clear explanation face to face of each problem and potential solution as well as cost. I just think tecnhical experience is wonderful and I am sure they are great but making the customer feel WELCOMED and understood is sometimes very important as well. I would AVOID this place if -like me- you are an ignorant of car service, as you won’t get anything and they will practically laugh at you for your ignorance. That’s sadly how I felt.

One star is not even a fair review!! Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. (Edit) Since I can’t reply to the response of the shop, I’ll do it here. Just because THIS account isn’t linked to any record you have, it does NOT mean that it’s untrue. I purposely did not add an account linked with the information given because I am not looking for a solution. After multiple trips with unsolved issues and newer ones, I’m not interested in working further. Greens is a great shop! Greens does a great job. Greens replaced the motor in my vehicle with a Jasper remanufactured long block, and re-did the front end and it's been a blessing. No leaks or issues, really. My ride drives as it did when it was brand new, it's over 21 years old now. They do a thorough diagnosis, give good accurate estimates, no surprises, they inform asap for anything unexpected and provide photos and detailed description of their findings and recommendations through their digital system which I happen to find refreshing (after my previous experience at another shop, which was a total disaster.) I highly recommend Greens for any job you need for your vehicle. They basically saved mine from the wrecking yard.

I was recommended this mechanic by several people after my BMW warranty expired. I needed standard maintenance along with new front brakes and rotors. Overall, I had a great experience and found them to be trustworthy and reliable. While I had to leave my car overnight, it wasn’t a major inconvenience. A standout positive is that everyone I interacted with spoke excellent English, which isn’t always common in Miami. As for pricing, they aren't cheap, but I did save a little compared to dealership rates. I personally avoid Braman, so the cost was worth it for the quality service and outcome. I’m happy to pay a bit more for peace of mind.

The prices are too high and when you ask for them to throw you a bone for what you’re spending (in this case all I asked for was a headlight) you still won’t get it. They are a good shop and I trust their work, but with my last experience, the overall experience just seems a bit disingenuous

Took my car here after my initial shop wasn't able to complete my ABS wheel speed sensor replacement. At green's garage it's a little over $80 for a comprehensive inspection to get a sure idea of what's wrong. After the inspection, I was quoted $692 for the whole repair. I was tired of seeing the dashboard lights appearing so I bit the bullet. However, after doing my research I can't help but feel that the prices are not very reasonable. In my itemized invoice, I was quoted $190 for the two sensors from the dealership. I went on the dealership's site and saw that the parts were going for $60 each - $50 total difference than what I paid. As for labor, I was charged around $350. When factoring in the parts and inspection leaving it to a total of almost $700. I researched online and I probably could've saved a good bit going elsewhere as the replacement isn't reportedly difficult, but I can speak to the quality of the work. They did a fine job, but you may be able to shop around for a more honest price if you do your research.

Brought in my girlfriends tesla model 3 that had wheel hub issues, greens garage was quick to take it in and had the diagnosis by the next day. They ordered the parts we needed and began fixing the car upon part delivery. We had issues with the first installment which i only noticed when i got home. But i brought it back and greens garage was quick to fix it the same day and didn’t charge me one dime. There are very few mechanics who work on teslas and tesla service center can take up to a month to service your car. Greens garage was a quick solution and they did a great job. Decent pricing with guarantee they get the job done right. Thanks again!
