After much searching, here is finally a honest mechanic. Not only honest but capable to do the work and kind and considerate! They take the time to explain work that needs to be needed as well as what isn’t necessary. My family and I are so grateful to have found them!

Came in after another garage told me my leak on my dodge charger was "just something the car does when it's hot" lol. These guys are great, they knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle at first glance and was pretty reasonable cost wise. Thank you guys @ Greg Clark

Going to Greg Clark automotive was a very good decision not only were they honest about the service my vehicle needed, but the pricing was very affordable, I also waited for my vehicle to be serviced and the waiting area was very clean and very comfortable. The time it took them to service my vehicle was great, I would definitely recommend them to others. If my vehicle needs any more service, Greg Clark automotive will definitely be my number one and only option.

I have had a couple of repairs here on different cars and I have got nothing but amazing service and care i was treated fairly they explained the problem to me and broke down the cost and gave all options available to me I will forever be a customer here and will recommend them to anyone in need of car repair service

Excellent service they went above and beyond.They picked me up at my home cuz they had my car. Saved me $125 on the repair and had someone to take care of me not rip me off. It doesn't get any better than that.

This place is a scam we paid for a job to be fixed and it was not fixed correctly it's overheating wasn't never over heating you take your vehicle to them they would make something else go wrong on your car so u will have to come back and get it fixed again they didn't do what they was supposed to do I will be reporting them to BBB as well don't let theses people get over on you my car is still down because they never fixed what they said they would and now it's other stuff wrong with it that was never even wrong with it the customer service is horrible they are scams

Found Greg Clark Automotive right after recovering from sticker shock caused by estimates from a dealer service shop. We asked for a free second opinion, and were thrilled to learn 1) not everything had to be done right away, and 2) the actual cost to repair would be about 60% of the original dealer proposal. Greg Clark helped us to prioritize the most important issues to resolve, and what could wait a few months. He was able to take the car in without delay; repairs completed and car was available the next day. Very very happy with this shop, look forward to working with them in the future.

Got a new throttle body 2 years ago was working great until it started the same problems and I looked to see what was wrong and haven’t had a problem since I got it fixed until I noticed that my wiring was different and has electrical tape and the connector in my car was spliced with a different connection for the new part on my 2015 Dodge Journey that is nothing similar to what’s supposed to be on my car

Greg and his team definitely have your best interest at heart. They are extremely willing to sit down with you and walk you through the ins and outs of your vehicle to help you understand how things work in your car no matter your level of car experience and understanding. As someone who is very car illiterate, I really appreciated Greg's willingness to teach me what I can expect with certain problems that could arise and then ALSO tell me that I could spend money, but I do not have to. What sets a good business apart from the rest is the one that tells you NOT to spend your money. Thank you Greg and team for helping me out with the alternator for the new to me Lexus and teaching me what to watch out for going forward.

I had my Lexus LX400 serviced. It needed a whole complete tune-up! It had all the original plugs, wires, caps etc, they all needed replaced. So new Wires, plugs, caps, distributors, and back brakes put on. Art was the mechanic. A very good mechanic! Greg is the owner & he is so busy but still had a few minutes to talk to me on the phone discussing repairs. The car is unbelievable, 100% better! My 95 LX400, is an awesome vehicle & With mechanics like Art & a good business owner like Greg, you cant go wrong! Thanks Art, & Greg! That was then, aug 22, this review is now...9/27/23 Plain & simple...when i brought car in originally, I told them to check the O2 sensors & the capicitors for fuel line. Car was chugging, sputtering & misfiring like before the $2000.00 tune up. What i got was a $2000.00 tune up to which did nothing for the problem the car had. I was overcharged for tune up, with no O2 sensor check, or capicitor check. That was Aug 2023. The moment i drove off the lot i knew the problem was not fixed. The car sputtered, chugged & gas mileage went to 4mpg if we were lucky. So we parked it for a few months. In February 2023, i returned the car to this place because the work done was warranted. They supposedly had to replace all the work they did in aug 2022, the $2000.00 tune up all over! BUT this trip in i told them to check the O2 SENSORS & capacitors AGAIN...they said I needed an alternator, another $500! Still the problem exists. Now Sept 2023, i took car in and this was what i was told...I NEED AN O2 SENSOR ON THE FRONT OF ENGINE...$500 JOB...so my knowledge of mechanical work on cars was a hobby as a kid. The lexus lx400 has 4 -O2 sensors, if u replace 1 u should replace them all! So i told the guy at the desk in office, that i feel totally ripped off, beginning with the $2000 tuneup. And the quote of approx $500 to replace one of the sensor!! That means I would have gone back very soon after this to get another one and then another one and another one that's another $2,000 if a job cost $500. I really feel that the men in the mechanical World think women are totally stupid and ignorant towards their vehicles. Not all women are dumb just like all men are dumb. But I really feel these guys at this mechanic place are not well educated in a car maintenance field. According to mechanics labor books play way overcharged me and the price of parts for overcharged also buyer beware when you're looking for a good mechanic read the reviews and do research on your vehicle so you know what they're talking about and get your money from you I will never go back there again I suggest if you do know your stuff before you do. My overall rating for this business is now zero Stars just be very cautious as what they quote you do your research

been going to Greg Clark for about 6-7 years now and I ALWAYS have a good experience. They aren't cheap, but then where is a quality car service even affordable these days? I find Ray and the rest of the staff that I have interacted with to be friendly and seemingly knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer and see no need to even consider another shop for my automotive needs.
