Called for a second opinion on the dealer's service department's recomendation that I spend $900 resurfacing the front brakes on my Prius. Mike clearly described how, because of the hybrid braking system, the front brakes aren't used much so they aren't rust free. I'm sure he can explain this better than I can. They did a complete inspection, and sent me happily reassured that it will be a long tme until I actually need new brakes. Thanks so much!

Great experience. They helped us with new brakes, fixing two tires with nails in them, and an oil change. Fast service, good communications, fair pricing, and they offered use of a loaner car so I didn't need to rent a car or Uber for the day. Will be back as our cars need work done. Thanks guys.

Great service! Above and beyond! I was stuck in the area for business when my car broke down. I was looking at reviews for other places and this auto shop stood out, so I took the chance. And I was happy with this chance. They were able to work quickly on my car and I was able to go home on time because they went above and beyond for me in the short time frame I had - they definitely didn't have to, but they did! Thank you to my mechanic and the gentleman in front! You all saved me a lot headaches and a lot of time!!

Always set you straight-fair prices always own up to warranties!!! Just had another service, their checkups are so thorough so you always know exactly what's going on with your car, with photos. Great combination of PERSONAL service along with MODERN computer records of your car. NOVEMBER 2023 On my "Newer" old car, had some higher value maintenance, new tires, battery, oil leak etc. Came in $200 under budget, everything looks great, hopefully set for another 5 years! I FEEL SAFE GOING WITH GREITENS as I am a senior and require DEPENDABILITY 😉 2024 and a light went on so back for service at my most trusted shop, got a ride home and pickup, car is always in good hands. As you age, a trusted auto repair shop is important to you.

Greitens Auto service is a very reputable service station. The inspection process is very thorough with very detailed pictures. The maintenance service is excellent, and the cost is within my comfort zone. It takes time to find a good place to get auto maintenance done on your vehicles. Kevin and Mike were just fantastic. I especially appreciated receiving pictures of parts that need to be replaced and why, followed by a phone call see if I had any questions or if I wanted to move forward with the work. It's so good to be able to have a trustworthy place to take your car with fair pricing and honest mechanics.

Dropped car off in the morning for oil change and simple service. Asked when I would like to pick up and I said end of day is fine. Was told great come get it between 5:00 and 5:30. Guy behind desk wasn’t really listening to me and what I had to say and not friendly at all. Take an Uber to get it around 5:15 and a few minutes from station get a call saying just pulled it in and won’t work on it until tomorrow. Get there a few minutes later and no spology or anything else. Same guy and same grouchy attitude. So now car wasn’t serviced and I’m out money for Uber rides and need to take more time another day to take it somewhere else. It’s shame as the owners were always great and had great customer service. Not so much anymore; I guess I’ll find somewhere else to take my car.
