Those guys and their business are shady. I took my car to this shop because it leaked water and overheated. He replaced the radiator, thermostat and reserve tank, radiator fan. I took the car home, and it got hot before I reached home, water continued to leak. So, I took the car back to the shop and he told me it was a head gasket. so, I took the car to the dealer and found out that it had a bad heater core only. I replaced the heater core, and the car is perfect now. All the work he did was not required. So, I went back to the shop and explained that to the owner Mustafa, he started shaking and name calling. He scared me off and left to avoid farther escalations. He does not look stable person. I hear similar stories from others about this shop. I can't believe this place is in business.

ROBBERY!!!!DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Weird place with suspicious people who do not know how to fix cars They almost trashed my car! Embarrassing business, I would give them 0 stars if I could. They do not speak English - it is very difficult to communicate with them. And they appear mad and very hateful individuals. Once you hand them your car key, it's impossible to get it back in a driving condition. Please stay away from this place.

This place is owned and managed by a person who is ignorant and makes a living by cheating people, i took my car to his shop for a simple mechanical work that he could not fix properly, and i ended up paying another place. 400$ to fix his stupid mistake. If you want to save your time and money then avoid this place.

A simple radiator replacement turned into a nightmare. The transmission cooler lines leading from the radiator to the transmission had not been tightened and therefore they were leaking. Driving the vehicle home after the repair i noticed the transmission having trouble shifting gears and accelerating. After that the vehicle will not move forward or back. I shared photos with the shop owner showing the hydraulic leaks, loose joints, and the broken air gage filter that I just replaced before I took the vehicle to them. They offered me a few dollars to replace the air filter gage, but would not take responsibility for all other major issues. Very disappointing business practice and frustrating attitude. I hope this feedback helps you make your decision.

Unless Ziko opens his own shop, I will not spend any more of my money at this place. I had my car placed in this shop to be diagnosed for repairs, after doing so I agreed to get half of the work fixed due to costs as I only needed the important repairs fixed in a timely manner. After paying over $400 to have parts fixed I am highly displeased with how I was treated when I spoke with the owner about an issue with some of the work he had done. Not only that, I was given the run around multiple times about receiving a itemized bill to have records of the work that was done. When asked to receive a copy of the work that was done during my call with him he stated he didn’t “remember” the work that was done as it was 3 months ago but then proceeded to argue with me about what he did fix when I know for certain what he told me he had replaced as I had it written down. He even attempted to gaslight me by telling me “you don’t know anything about auto repairs”. The most disappointing part is I simply called to see if the part he had fixed was covered in warranty as it was a expensive repair and was met with a distasteful conversation due to the manager becoming defensive, not once did I insult him. If you’re looking to receive quality and professional customer service, this place is not it.

Called in late for a prepurchase inspection. The owner was more than willing to help me out and take a look at the car despite it being close to them closing when I called. Very nice and walked me though everything he noticed with the car. Competitive pricing too

The owner of the establishment needs a reality check. He is very entitled, rude, extremely unprofessional, power trip, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I recommended this establishment bc I dealt with Ziko the mechanic which he on the other hand was very polite and amazing. The owner was very shady and tried to scam my friend, and lied about the situation unknowingly I heard the full conversations between them. Take your money else where.

Love this auto shop! I can not recommend it enough! I have gotten work done to my car several times here and I am very satisfied with the quality, pricing, and staff! I just had all of my brakes redone and my car is driving wonderfully!

EDIT: When I called back to ask how they planned to compensate me for their lazy, sloppy, work, they pretended the business didn't exist and I hadn't been there. These guys are mysogonistic and shady. Don't waste your time The only good thing I can say about this place is that they didn't overcharge me. Their customer service is lacking, they barely looked at my car, and when I left my car was in worse condition than when I came in. I ended up going to another mechanic to take care of the issues my car left Gresham Lake Auto Care with. I'd attempt to get GLAC to look at my car again and fix whatever they messed up, but I don't trust their mechanics to take the time to pay attention to details, and I'd rather not waste any more time or money with them

Great service! Took my car here for a dead transmission and will continue to go back! The owner is friendly, polite, and most importantly- honest. He laid out what the problem area was and how to fix it in a way that saved me the most money. My car was fixed in a couple of days and haven’t had any problems with it since.

They don’t respect their costumers , I fixed my car for about 2500 $ and i told him please let me know if it’s not worth it, they said yes, we can fixed don’t worry,and they were lazy and they said because we wanted to get the right engine and after 6 months the car broke again I had tried to call couple times they answer ones “Mr.muhammed “and said I will get back to you and never call again I sent him couple message didn’t reply. وحابه اشكرك بالعربي كمان ع عدم احترامك لالنا والله يرزقك عقد نيتك
