I visit this location at least once a year and I have never experienced horrible customer service than this morning. I pulled in and got off. Both guys there just looked at me and continued about their work and I assumed they weren’t the ones in charge of changing tires of what not. So I got off and waited and made eye contact with both and they continued to ignore me. Finally one started coming my way and I assumed he was going to ask me what I needed but he just continued to do whatever it was he was doing and left me standing. Eventually I went around to get him to talk to me I asked if he could change patch up my tire and he just looked at it and left. No acknowledgement whatsoever (nothing came out of his mouth) and went to talk to his other worker and they laughed and ignored me. So I got in my car and they saw and continued to laugh. They didn’t care. Wish I was able to post a picture of them both so if you saw them you could just go elsewhere. I have dealt with another gentleman before who was excellent. Not to mention I always TIP whoever helps me and I don’t tip no $1. So please do better.

Bought a set of new tires. As soon as I left I realized they were not balanced, called and told the owner he said to come back the next day. I did. Still did not balance them. Horrible job. Won't go back
