I have been using Greulichs for my oil changes for about 2 years. I'm very happy with the service and I feel welcome. I had a quote for a water pump a few months Back and they held true to the quote when I was ready to have the work done. The work was done efficiently and I will continue using their services.

Finally under proper management! They go above an beyond in every aspect, and never recommend something that isn't needed. **2nd edit. Tried giving the location on Alma school and Guadalupe another shot. NEVER again. The manager was more personable, but didn't do anything they normally do with an oil change. Told me battery was a little on the low side but should be fine for awhile. Fast forward 2 days and about 350 miles, and battery dies. They didn't even tell me it was low and offer to sell me one. Also told me I was due "soon" (60,000 miles) for some maintenance, after I checked out. I was at 59,250ish. Meanwhile all the employees are standing in the bay literally picking their noses. I will gladly drive further to a true greulichs who cares about their customers and performance maintenance or at least gives options to do so same visit. Won't go to alma school/Guadalupe location again, as Craig the manager was vaping, and never looked up at me. My faith was restored with Cody at Germann/alma school location though! Brought vehicle in for oil change. They were very open about what was going on with vehicle. Showed me a belt that was wearing out, and offered payment options. Definitely trust my vehicle repairs to them!

5 star customer service!!! I was quoted 4000 on a job by another shop and reached out and Joey was amazing! He was able to save me almost 1500 and get me in the next day and get us a Lyft home. My truck is there now but I have no doubt I will be just as pleased with the service as I have been with the customer service. You have earned a lifelong customer and someone who will refer you to everyone I know!

Friendly greeting when I arrived to drop off & pick up my vehicle. Was scheduled the previous afternoon with a 9am appt. Received a text at 9:20 that they had already started inspection. Received a text & phone with results of inspection. New battery installed quickly and again Received text & phone that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Very impressed with the service I received & will continue to have all my vehicle work completed by the Greulich team on Alma School in Mesa!

I can’t say enough good things about Greulich’s Automotive! After struggling all day to replace the battery in my 2022 Trailblazer, I finally got it started and arrived at Greulich’s just after they closed at 5:30 PM. Despite being closed, they kindly helped me out, running diagnostics to try and find the issue. Everything came back fine, and we were all puzzled. 1 hour Later, when my car wouldn’t start again at Walmart, I called Greulich’s the next morning, and they got me in right away. Not only did they offer a free tow service to their shop, but they quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave me a fair estimate. Chris and Joey at the front demonstrated exceptional leadership, going out of their way to make sure my needs were met with care and efficiency. Their professionalism and positive attitudes set the tone for the entire team, creating an atmosphere of trust and reliability. It’s clear that they’re not just good at what they do, they’re dedicated to providing outstanding service to every customer who walks through the door. I’ve never experienced this level of dedication and care at any other shop. I Highly recommend Greulich’s to anyone looking for honest, helpful, and knowledgeable service!

Highly recommend Greulichs Mesa #8. They performed an A/C repair and oil change. In the past they replaced a hose that was causing me a terrible leak and took the initiative to reinstall my glove compartment box that I had removed prior to my visit. This is the the 3rd time I have requested their service and each time has been a great experience because of their friendliness, communication, and good handling of my vehicle. I’d previously had my truck worked on and was charged a pretty decent amount to have it “fixed”. I took it to Greulich’s and had an actual diagnostic done within 3 hours and the entire problem fixed inside of 2 days. They walked me through every repair and broke down the cost down in a way no mechanic ever has. I recommend them to anyone who needs serious repairs done to their vehicle. I’ll be returning with all my future issues.

Kenneth greeted us with a smile & lots of positivity. Kent texted messages & pictures of what needed to be done. Alfredo worked on my car. The car runs smoothly. I am always pleased with the employees at this location & the work they do. I trust them explicitly. 10-03-2024 = I needed an oil change and the guys at Greulich's noticed a couple other items that needed to be taken care of. We bought a car from a private person, so we needed a check on it's overall condition. They found that the water pump needed work and 4 bolts for the water pump were missing. It also needed a new battery. We were pleased with their assessment and how they were willing to work with us. We've used this particular Greulichs for years because we trust they will do only what we authorize, they do exceptional work and let us decide when to do any of the work on our car.
