I took my van in couldn't figure out what was wrong with it robert kept me informed on what could be the issue and when michael found out the issue they let me know and got it fixed will definitely be going there for now on when I need work done to any of my vehicles

I had never previously used Gruelich’s, but have heard good reviews about them. The manager, Reza, was great to work with in finding the issue and finding how to correct the issue. I am very pleased in trying Greulich’s and I will be back.

In my lifetime I have owned many fun cars, but nothing compares to my beautiful 350 SLK Roadster (Benz). Like me, she is an older model and my perfect vehicle. When the serpentine belt broke it took a few things with it. I wasn’t sure if the motor was ruined and I was physically sick. The manager Reza at the Greulich's, put me at ease with the assurance he has a mechanic, Matt, who previously worked for Mercedes Benz. Matt and Alex preformed a miracle; by taking the engine apart to unwrap the belt and putting it back together. The car runs like brand new. The whole experience was made as painless as possible with the excellent communication that Aaron provided. This team has impressed me so much that even though there are other Greulich's closer to where I live, I will drive the 40 minutes to the location in Mesa just to work with these guys. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Made an appointment through their website for an oil change. The process was smooth, the staff was very personable. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything…which I appreciated. The shop and waiting are were clean and comfortable and they sent me a detailed report after service, with photos which is helpful to have. I’ll definitely refer people to them in the future. I should add that I noticed a handful of people walk in because “a light came on” or “car started making strange noises”…and these people were treated just as important as those that had an appointment…which is nice to see. Additionally, I saw a few techs come out with machines (I assume to run diagnostics) for these “walk in” people and send more than a few off without charging them but provided an explanation or solution. So if you need to know what’s going on with your car, you might want to start with this place!

These guys are great. I have them service all my vehicles. Never any issues and always done on time as agreed on. They never pressure you into anything extra but they will give you an idea on items to consider in the future to service.

Very professional. I thought the way they gave photos of the issues they found with my Lincoln, inpressed me. They also let me know where my vehicle was in the repair process. I was also inpress that they are not pushy on up-selling additional work that may need to be done. As a result I have scheduled repairs with Greulich Auto Repair on issues they found.
