Greulich’s guys are awesome, squeezed me in on short notice for a diesel oil change, saw filters needed changing, rotated tires, etc.. Truly top shelf service!

I cannot thank Greulich's enough for the great service I received. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Alonzo, Jordan and Brendan are great. Thank you Brendan for fixing my car and Alonzo and Jordan for all the updates as the car was being diagnosed/fixed and completed. I highly recommend Greulich's @ 51 and Greenway!!!! I also cannot say enough about the turn around time in fixing my vehicle. From calling to make an appointment to car being completed. GREAT Customer Service!!!

Jordan was straight forward and helpful. Unfortunately we had to spend more than intended but the process was actually pretty amazing. We received text messages on the status and actual pictures of the issues with explanation. They met their timelines and the work is quality. The warranty is a nice touch.

I took my Jaguar into to the 32nd St. and Greenway location. It’s hard to find mechanics who will work on jaguars firstly. Not only Were they able to service my car but every single employee working was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They moved the process along quickly and I was in and out within a couple hours! I’m very appreciative of how Professional and Nice they were. This is now my go to shop and I will not be going anywhere else.

Amazing as always, I wanted to try a different shop by the name of Firestone and had the worst experience ever for my first experience and I will never go back. I got a full inspection with Firestone and also a full inspection with Greulich’s the very next day! The information that Greulich’s found, Firestone did not have on the inspection sheet, so that lets me know to stay with whoever is the best FIT for you and that’s Greulich’s for me!

I don’t write reviews unless they are worth it. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Jordan, the manager, helped me with getting work done on the warranty without any issues. They 100% helped me though the process and went above and beyond to make it right. They have earned me as a very loyal customer and I will definitely refer people to this branch and to Jordan.

I have taken my vehicles for years, and I always have a great experience with the staff and the work they do. The prices are reasonable they don't price gauge you. They are knowledgeable and i love how they send you pictures of whatever problem is going on with the vehicles before they just work on it. I trust Greulich and i would recommend them to family n friends.

I love the wide range of services available but most importantly the honesty of the guys working there. I take my car in for its regular maintenance like oil changes and that’s all I get done. When I’ve brought in my car for more serious things, they are honest and transparent about what may be going on with my car, they provide options, advice to things that may need attention in the future. They provide detailed information and allow me the ability to price check. This is the only shop I trust with my car!

My car broke down on the highway, I made it to Greulichs just as my car died late in the afternoon. They took me right in and cked it out. I had my car back in the morning, running great!!

Thorough inspection and excellent repair! Would highly recommend. The cost eventually went up due to unknown circumstances, however, repairs were well worth it!

We have used the services of Greulich’s automotive repair on Greenway for the past 15+ years. They have serviced 3 different vehicles and we have never had an issue on their quality of work, professionalism or courtesy. While they have had some change in staffing, they have a number of long term people which says something positive about the ownership. We have also found their prices to be competitive and they always offer detailed explanations and potential options.

Needed brakes done same day. They evaluated all issues, let me know what was critical and what could wait. No attempt to sell unnecessary services. Communication was excellent. Will use for future auto needs.
