Great service. Resolved a complicated issues with our door and they were persistent in making sure everything worked correctly. Even had to send a part back to VW to get one that worked perfectly. Appreciated them fixing it the correct way and not taking a short cut. High quality, great service.

I was looking for a new place to take my truck for oil changes and I couldn’t be happier. Tim was super helpful and they took pictures of everything they suggested needed repaired but didn’t push service on me. Really seem to be honest good people I will definitely go back.

RJ is probably the most knowledgeable person I have ever spoke to in the automotive industry! Not only did he highlight the issues with my car, but also checked my car out for any other issues! Simply gave me a run down of what was going on and gave me options! Great at his job and Great for the company!

I was in a bind. Out of town and Discount Tire could change my flat tire but not mount it because the lug nut seized. Discount called Gruelich’s on Camelback and despite it being almost 4pm on a Saturday, the got the parts and hand me on the road in less than an hour. Tim made the process so simple. The vibe in the shop is chill and everyone is knowledgeable and happy! It really made a world of difference in my situation. I can’t say enough things about this shop and am super thankful for being rockstars. Thank you 🙏

I’ve been using Greulich’s for my oil changes for the last 7 years. They are always communicative, fast, and fairly priced. This was my first time at this location and RJ and the staff were amazing! They did a thorough inspection on my car and called me to review everything and ask me how I would like to proceed. They found an issue with a hose and went out of their way to make sure it was taken care of so that me and my car were safe. It’s nice to find a place that has integrity, is trustworthy, and truly cares for their customers! I highly recommend Greulich’s for all your vehicle needs. Thank you for everything RJ!
