I've been using this shop for a few years now. Recently this past winter I had a squeaky noise coming from my truck. I took it to the shop off Hacks cross like I usually do and the mechanic told me that the squeaky noise was coming from my ac unit and that it would cost 1700 to fix. Its winter time so him telling me the ac was the problem seemed strange to me. With that being said I got a second opinion. The second opinion told me it was the harmonic balancer and that it would cost me 500 to fix. In my head I was like that's a hell of a difference in price and a totally different issue. I took a chance with the second opinion. 4 months later still no squeaky noise and to think I was going to give this shop 1700 to fix the wronge problem. The thing that bothers me most is the fact that the last car I brought in for service cost me quite a bit of money. The initial problem was rear wheel hub assembly 175 bucks. Next head gasket and plug change 500 bucks even though that's not what the diagnostic test said but I needed to do this before they could fix the true problem. Within the next 3 days my car was smelling like it was going to ignite so I stopped the car and got it towed to the shop on hacks cross the mechanic told me that it was the cadallidic converter 1650 bucks and the only then the transmission 2500. Not to mention regular maintenance such as oil changes alignments and tires. In the period of one month. This was an 2003 Nissan and wasn't worth the money I was putting into it. After all that it seems to me that this shop just hustled me out of my money. If they would do it to me I'm pretty sure that they would do it to anyone. I knew the sails person knew something was wrong about the whole situation cause he couldn't even look me in my eyes when telling me the news. Stay away from these con artists they can put you in a situation that can be hard to get out of.
