I was having an issue with my TPMS sensors after another shop replaced my wheels. The other shop told me I needed to replace the sensors. I stopped by Grip Tire to get a second opinion and within 5 minutes they had them working! These guys are awesome. Glad to have an honest shop in the area.

Phil was absolutely awesome! We were waiting on the side of 75 South for AAA, called Grip Tire, talked to T, who was great, and Phil arrived in less than 10 minutes! He was able to fix our tire on the spot at a very fair cost and had us back in the road. Oh, forgot to mention, it was almost closing time and total rush hour traffic! Rockstar business! Thanks guys!

I had a busted tire at 12 AM after hitting a curb and needed the closest service. As a woman stuck alone late at night, I was worried about who would show up. However, the woman I spoke with over the phone was professional and kind, providing accurate updates. The technician arrived within 30 minutes and changed my tire in under 10 minutes. I really appreciated their quick response and efficiency and I would absolutely trust them again if I ever find myself in a similar situation. Highly recommend!

Talawa did more than an EXCEPTIONAL job. If you want to get your tires repaired or replaced, this is the place to go without worrying about excessive pricing or manipulation. I’m a woman and he did not over charge me as most tire shops do. I will be back to get ALL 4 tires replaced because I can trust that Talawa will give me honest advice. He was very professional and straight to business. It took no longer than 10-15 minutes to examine and replace. Thank you!

A huge bolt punched its way into one of our rear tires. When we asked Grip Tire for a quote, they mentioned the very reasonable price of $35 for a plug repair. When we went in, they immediately removed the bolt and tried to plug the hole, but the hole was too big to plug, so they had to patch it from the inside, which required more work than plugging. However, they ended up charging us only $35 anyway. Thanks so much to Grip Tire; would highly recommend.

Unfortunately my quick trip to the city resulted in a flat caused my a piece of metal. FORTUNATELY, I was right down the street from this amazing place. The service was extremely fast, the staff was friendly, and I am really happy with the results. I would 100% recommend.

By far the best experience I’ve had with any tire shop in the Atlanta area! They even helped me to put the brake pad covers on my brake pads. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be a return customer!

I had a flat tyre and called them up immediately. They said to come in and they fixed it under 15 minutes. Super quick, efficient and was on my home in no time. Will recommend them for your tyre needs.

Over the weekend while I was out apartment hunting, my tire blew out. Luckily, I was right across the street from this tire shop. Let me just say, that the service was amazing. They were very nice, professional and got my tired changed immediately!! Definitely would recommend for services. 😊

I HAD to write this after Grip Tire Company saved me! I have a roadside assistance coverage through my GEICO. BUT their list of providers in this area SUCKS! After being left hanging for 7+ hours on the side of the road and having 3 different companies cancel AFTER waiting on a Sunday, GRIP came through. They told GEICO they would be there in 30 minutes and they were! LIFE SAVING. Honest. Professional. Dependable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had an elite Customer Service experience. I was headed to the airport, hit a pot hole, caught a flat. I reached out to Phil, without hesitation he assured me they could replace the tire and park car at a location of my choice. Hence, I had to make my flight. l entrusted Phil, and he delivered A-1 service, kept an open line of communication, sent videos and pictures of the replaced tire, a video of where vehicle had been parked. This guy even had gloves on when driving my car, very considerate. The price was very reasonable, service was top tier. I am very satisfied, Grip Tire Company provided me a peace of mind at a very stressful time. I highly recommend this company, 5 stars for Professionalism, promptness, affordability, reliability, integrity, and communication! Thank you so much!!
