I've taken my cars to Grismer for years. They've gone above and beyond to keep the beaters I've been driving on the road. I have a newer car now but when I had a flat I made a beeline for Grismer. I trust them completely.

The staff at Grismer are knowledgeable, friendly and always incredibly helpful. I have take three different cars to them, and have never once felt as though they were taking advantage of me. They are there to partner with you to ensure your cars are running a top performance. I cannot say enough good things about this location and the services they have provided me over the years.

I feel confident and secure knowing that I can depend on Grismer. They are not pushy and their prices are reasonable. My sister drove to Columbus from New Jersey. She had a problem with her car that know nobody back home could fix, dealer included. Grismer did! Thank you Grismer for being great!

I use these guys consistently. They do great work, but they are not the cheapest. I recommend sharpening your prices guys. I just got a cheaper offer on a key issue elsewhere.

I was able to call early in the morning and have my car looked at the same day. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My car was finished when promised. Grismer downtown has great customer service. I love that I can drop it off at the beginning of my work day and pick it up at the end.

I went in yesterday with a screw in my tire. I didn’t think it could be patched and I was right. They gave me a few quotes and by the same time today I had 4 new tires. I love them and they did an amazing job!

Two stars due to the history of great service. Unfortunately, a recent mistake was made that caused major problems with my truck. Grismer recommended to take it to another shop and the next shop went above and beyond to rectify the situation as it looked like the mistake happened at Grismer. Figured best way was just to go in and talk to Grismer with the information from the other shop but I was wrong. The manager was immediately confrontational and acted like I was a mechanic and should know exactly what happened. I repeatedly said to please call the other shop because all I have is the report they gave me. The manager told me there just no way this could have happened, and he has never seen it before in his "25 years". Thankfully, he finally called the other shop, and they walked him through their analysis that was on the report. After that call, the manager said he will look into this and give me a call the next day regarding what they would do. Again, thankfully, he called and said the mistake was on them and they would reimburse me. However, even when I went to go to be reimbursed the manager still seemed to be pointing fingers at me as he just had never seen that happen before. I give two stars because if it wasn't for the other shop, I do not think I would have been reimbursed. I did nothing wrong, yet I was treated as such simply because a mistake was made. Mistakes happen, it's okay. Own it and don't make excuses or blame the customer.
