Made an appointment for my daughter. Left a note when I made the appointment to replace the two rears with new tires then mount the new ones on the front. I can’t believe any tire shop would put two new tires on the rear of a fwd car, shouldn’t even have to ask for that. That did not happen. We had an appointment and my daughter was there over 2.5 hrs for two tires.

Good service. Got me in without an appointment to change a couple tires that we discovered were not safe. Price was reasonable but they probably up charged me a little more than necessary on extras they worked in but got me going again

This is the place my mom trust since 2008 I was there yesterday to get 4 new tires and got 4 free oil changes. The guy that helped me was really nice and answered all my questions. Nice place, nice people

Brian and team at the Wilson Rd Grismer are always excellent. They never push repairs you don't need and the repairs they do are done right the first time. I have been bringing all my vehicles here for years and would trust no one else with them. If they can't do the repair, they will be honest and suggest a reputable shop that can. Thanks Brian and every tech there. You folks are why mechanics and repair shops still can be trusted.

After my Toyota Highlander broke down and I was stranded, I had it towed to Grismer on Wilson Rd and dropped key in drop box. I called the following morning fully expecting that no onecwould know my car was even there but not only did they know it was there, they were preparing to pull it in and diagnose my issue. I received a call an hour or so later with all the details and was told they can make the repairs the same day! Grismer Wilson Road is the best!

I have received services from Wilson Rd Grismers since I was 16 years old. Brian is truly amazing . Being a female it’s hard to receive fair prices. Brian has always guided me into the right direction and I appreciate that dearly . Their entire team go’s above and beyond and it shows. .

The slow leak in my tire became an urgent problem. I called Grismers and they told me to stop by and they would take a look at it. I didn't have an appointment, but that didn't matter - not only did they look at it, but they found the issue (a nail in my tire tread), fixed it and there was no charge because it was covered under the Roadside Hazzard plan we purchased! They are a friendly business with great customer service!

This past weekend I had a great experience with Brian-Team at Grismer’s Wilson Rd in Columbus, Ohio. He provided Excellent Customer Service. He price matched Lexus cost. Grismer’s Cheaper! The wait was not long at all. Had Drive Belt and Spark Plugs changed on my vehicle. I have utilized Grismer’s in past years. They do Great work. I made Saturday Appt. And drove down from Charlotte, NC!!😀👍🏽
