I own a 2009 Smart car that I have loved for 15 years. I am aware that the time is coming when parts won't be available. As a special welcome to Tucson someone rear-ended my car (and drove away) leaving me in the intersection wonder what I should do. Called the insurance company and the short of it they wanted to total my car. Instead I took my car back from them, and found Group One Motorwerks. They told me my drivable car could be repaired, no problem. Kate held my hand, kept me updated, and celebrated with me when it was completed. I’ve only been here once, but I can’t understate how pleased I am with their service so far. I’ve tried a few other places around Tucson that specialize in MBs and found myself being price-gouged at the first opportunity. Not at Group One, though. They did offer additional services that weren’t strictly necessary, but in a low-pressure setting that didn’t make me feel put on the spot, and accompanied by pictures of my actual car with specific explanations for why each recommendation was being made. Otherwise, they fixed what I asked them to fix, and they did it in the quickest, most cost-effective way possible—and totally despite the fact that they could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation and told me the expensive fix was the only option (how would I know??). Trust, earned. This is my shop now!

They provide very good service found the issues with my vehicle and fixed them, my car drives perfectly fine now and I intend on returning to have additional work done on my vehicle. They also provided me with a very nice courtesy vehicle to use while the work being was done, Bri is a very helpful and kind woman and I am very thankful for their services 😀😀😀😀

Another pleasing experience at Group One Motorwerks a couple of days ago! My driver’s side interior door handle was on its last legs and I found a good used one on the Internet to replace it. Kate scheduled me in within a few days and my technician, Patrick, took the door apart and replaced my old handle in less than an hour and the cost for his labor was less than the cost of the part! How often does that happen anywhere? They even took pity on me and washed my car and I was out of there in less than two hours. Thank you Patrick, Kate and Brianna for such outstanding service! As I said in a previous review, I wish I would have known about Group One seven years ago when I first moved to the Tucson area. I would have saved a lot of time and money. Bravo!

This is a very professional shop. After dropping off my car, I received consistent communication with digital access to work orders, recommendations on service, and service details. Bri was excellent at communicating with me and they definitely went the extra mile to keep my car stored during its visit. Very detailed, courteous, and professional. They readily provided me with text updates and negotiated with the insurance to get us the lowest out-of-pocket cost possible on a fairly expensive repair job (2019 Porsche Cayenne S). I highly recommend Group One AutoWerks for any of your German / specialty car-brand needs!
