Zero cares given. No communication. Scheduled for him to come out but didn’t hear anything from him. Called at noon to see if he still planned to come out and he said “it’s raining”. Ok understandable but let someone know.

I can only speak about my experience, I see that many others have had a 5 star treatment Had a 10 AM Appointment scheduled, never showed up, didn't call or email , and it was pointed out the phone was a Landline so didn't receive text. 3 1/2 hours later I go to his website and follow the link to the Facebook page, to see he posted something so I know there was not an emergency. The only response was to delete the email screenshot I posted asking what's going on. Still no response. I don't know why he didn't show up or at least call. If he didn't think he could do the job, letting the customer know would be nice. Just an update to add what type of character. seems the Facebook page blocked mine but I can still find it other ways, all because I simply asked why they didn't show up or call to cancel

Update: Guillermo let his license expire in June of this year. Guillermo will take your money and never come back. I've submitted a claim to Central FL BBB and the Department of Agriculture who confirmed the license is not active. They should be wrapping up their attempts soon and I will be forced to make a small claim with the court. I hired G&S to fix my AC a few months ago and he was able to do the job. So when I needed my wheel bearing replaced he was the first one I reached out to. He immediately got back with me telling me he could come out asap. He was very on top of asking me to pay him on the day he was providing the service so he could be paid by the next day. I agreed and even understood. Due to complications with rust on my vehicle, he had to leave my house and get a tool to perform the job. He returned the next day to tell me that the vehicle is not drivable and he will need more money since he broke the axle. I again agreed and understood the situation. This is not my first time working with a mechanic, I understand parts can break and will need to be replaced. I agree to pay him an additional $350 which he confirms he received via text. He has since never came back. In the beginning, he kept stringing me along, there was always a reason why the job couldn't be performed that day. Or he would say it will definitely happen at this time but would no show time after time. After a week he stopped responding entirely. I hired an attorney to assist me in this matter and he called G&S who answered first ring even though G&S had been dodging my phone calls. I have text messages from Guillermo letting me know that he wasn't able to finish the job, the quote for the additional money needed for the job, confirmation that he received the money, documentation that the job has not been completed. If the $350 I have paid for the second job does not get returned due to not rendering services, I will submit a claim with the state of Florida against the license (6/15/2024) and file a small claim in Orange county (7/1/2024).

Was doing some research on mechanics, read the reviews and called him up. I can’t speak for anyone else, but He found time on a Sunday to see me! I pulled up and he got straight to it. Within 10 minutes he found the problem and it was fixed. If you’re looking for an honest knowledgeable mechanic AND fair pricing for his services, Guillermo is the truth.

Please beware of this company; he came out and diagnosis my husband truck; advising us that we needed a new ECM and that he could order it and get it back by the end of the week. I gave him $350 for the part $150 for diagnostic(receipt was provided). Well, when the end of the week came; we called and texted with no response. We had to get another mechanic to come out . Well come to find out he missed diagnosed the truck. We kept calling asking for our money back for a part we never received nor did we need. He lied stating that he returned the part and will give us our money when he get it. Then turned around and blocked our numbers . We only needed a fuel pump. Furthermore, it took my husband missing 2 days of work, us being out of $500 from this guy and a new mechanic to get the truck working. I don't understand how some people can live with themselves knowing that they have took someone's hard earned money. This is beyond cruel!!! 7/01/24- Update- we still haven’t received our money back for a part that we paid for but never needed. We had to file a claim with lake county small claims because we were scammed and he refuses to return our money. From the looks of the other reviews this man has been doing this type of scamming for a while. But now he’ll have to pay triple.

The first couple times he worked on my vehicle was great communication great everything the next time he came to do it redo a diagnostics said he’ll be back on Sunday never showed back up no answer. No answer to text. No callbacks just left in the wind left in the dark now I had to have another mechanic come out And rebuy the part that was supposed to be under warranty Not very good business when you come out for almost a week straight and then do phone calls. I understand people are busy people when you say you’re gonna be to my vehicle to fix it expect you to be there when you say you are

Awesome sauce is the first thing that comes to mind. My car decided to want to act up and over heat for the very first time and leave me stuck called a few numbers and Guillermo was the only one to call back and im glad. He showed up fast and he vibe is great friendly answers all your questions and very clear on what the car needs done. He told me not to take the chance in driving the car because it can really mess my car up. So he called a tow and had it towed to his place. And had my car up and running the very next day. His pricing is super reasonable. Guillermo has won a new client my car will for sure come back to him. Even in the dead of night he came to the recuse. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUILLERMO.

Super cool dude, helped us out with 2 rear wheel bearings when every other shop was close on a Friday night. Can't say enough how rare that is. The price was very reasonable, would definitely reach out again for any car issues and would definitely recommend him.

Please refrain from having to use this mechanic service. I paid over 3500 to have my car repaired due to me leaking coolant. After a month finally got the car back and it was in worse shape than when i took the vehicle to him. I’ve tried reaching out several times no communication. Overall unprofessional. He had someone else working on my vehicle instead of him and was done at his house and not a shop. Please refrain from using this company! Highly dissappointed, my valves were broken off and glued back using glue and now my AC and electrical part of my car doesnt work and guess what else… IM STILL LEAKING AND LOSING COOLANT. He wont refund me even half of my money back. Please refrain from spending and wasting your money. To respond to his response, pictures dont lie, the car still smokes, overheat & lose coolant. I paid you over 3k and I cant even drive the car and you knocked off the electrical system which hasn't worked since you had the vehicle before giving you the car to fix on I never had any issue with charging my electrical vehicle. Im great business I dont demand a refund UNLESS the work wasnt done properly and you refuse to communnicate I have all the proof!! You stopped returning my text and never sent me the letter stating i would have a year warranty on the work done that you said you would send. I dont have any reason to get money back for work performed the way it was suppose to. I paid for ALL THE PARTS AND LABOR ALL YOU DID WAS MAKE MY PROBLEMS WORSE. Update: The car turned out to be a complete lemon. It's gonna cost about $8000 to fix everything wrong with the car while he assured me it's a great car. Since he got to the location before I did, maybe the guy paid him to say that, or he really doesn't know what he's talking about. Either way, I would stay away from this company. I reached out to him for an inspection on the pre-purchase of a used car. He was very responsive over the phone and was punctual at our meeting location. Prior to arriving, I'd asked him what all would he check for. He mentioned a number of things, including scanning the car for codes. When he arrived, he looked over the car, but certainly not thoroughly. He did not scan the car. The whole inspection was visual. I had to ask him to check the lights as i was worried about electrical problems. He recommended purchasing the car, and I'm now finding out things that don't work with the car. Once finished, I was hoping he'd give me a paper listing all that was checked along with his recommendations, but nope. I reached out to him stating this, and he did not respond. I'm sure he's going to deny this and find a way to blame it on me. That seems to be the pattern in all his responses to other clients. No accountability.

I've had an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with this mechanic so far. My engine broke down on a Sunday and this was one of the only places open at the time and seemed to have good reviews so I called him up, he responded quickly and in an hour I had a quote of $2500 to fix the whole thing and it was only going to take a week. He asked for $1500 to start repairs and get the new part, and I foolishly decided to pay him. It's been three weeks and I have no car, he went from giving me vague reasons for the delay to completely ignoring my messages and calls, only now that I've said I'll be taking my car back regardless of if it's fixed and threatening legal action he finally started replying to my messages. I'm out the money and who knows what has been done with my vehicle. I will be going over in person as soon as possible to get my car back.

My tire blowout I was stuck on the side of the road I had no clue what I was going to do. I googled mobile tire repair and he popped up. My experience was quick and easy. I needed to work the next day at 0600am so my schedule was tight & Guillermo came to my house at 10pm in the middle of the rain to fix my brakes. Super flexible, fast, safe, & efficient. Thank you for coming to our rescue in such short notice within a quick space of time. It was to replace a radiator and fan. In about 3 hours we was back up and running. And he even bought my kids snacks and drinks while we waited. G&S Mobile Auto Repair is truly a one stop shop!!!

After a wonderful weekend at Blue Springs State Park we found ourselves in Orlando with the engine light flashing on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. Called all auto repair shops in the area and no one had a technician. We finally called Guillermo who immediately got to work and provided a diagnostic and repaired the issue in a couple hours. We were able to make it home to Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend him!

Here I was, having left my office after a ten hour shift, and terrified when I heard some concerning sounds from my car just before I set off for my commute home. Usually I avoid calling any kind of service so close to when they close, but in spite of that, he came to fix my sparkplug, allowing me to come home safely without utterly breaking my bank as I feared.
