These guys absolutely suck at their job, took my car months ago for a timing belt change, they said they knew how to do it. I made sure they did know and yet they managed to ruin my car... spent another $1.5k more to try to repair it at another shop but they only ended up screwing my whole engine, all I got from the lady who answered the call was sorry you should've brought the car... how was i supposed to when the car didn't drive due to the damages they inflicted to my engine... NEVER go here for a timing belt change even if its cheap lot of these guys are rookies and they don't know how to even put a tire on they don't even check if they're putting the tire on the outside or inner way, prices for used tires is crazy too they'll screw you over if you look like you don't know what you're doing. (had to sell my car and spent 2-3 months with no car) (Update: I had to get a new car but these guys suck at their job still btw standing on business.)

I did business with this shop for years they installed my control arms on my suspension, changed my water pump and replaced my serpentine belt. On August 12, 2024 I called their shop at the Pico location and the owner answered the phone and I asked how much do you charge for a wheel alignment and he asked what type of car and I said 2013 VW CC and the owner said $120.00 for 4 wheel drive cars and $65.00 for front wheel drive cars. I agreed to the $65.00 price because my car is front wheel drive only. I drove all the way to their shop on August 13, 2024 and arrived there at 9:00pm and the worker came out and asked me what I needed done and i said I'm here for front wheel alignment and he said pull in, and after doing so the other guy tells me i do not do wheel alignments on VW's and i was shocked and in disbelief but I shouldn't be because I'm black. Now I have to find myself a new mechanic who does not mind doing business with people of color.

So glad to find a place open late & late on weekends. It’s hard to find a shop you can go to with calmness when you work 9-5. Love that I found them ! Friendly and quick service compliments their competitive prices. Very much recommended

My car was towed to Guadalajara Tires & Auto Repair for a flat tire late last night since I didn't have a spare. Renee and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They quickly fixed my tire at a very reasonable price. Renee is also helping me get two new tires of the brand and size I want. I'll definitely return and highly recommend them for tire repair or maintenance

Quick service! Reasonable price! I went in for a tire repair on Tuesday afternoon, it cost me $25 for a patch repair (tire was removed from the rim and a patch was glued inside the tire and remounted) less than an hour I was done. They are inside a warehouse so no sun burns and chairs inside to wait.

Really good and fast service. I came in with two flats around 8pm and was able to get both replaced before 10pm. I only take off one star because they were not quite as communicative as I would have liked, but I’m still happy with the service.

I have my truck towed there yesterday buy a tow truck. Things came up missing out of my truck $50 and now they say that the employees don't steal. Last time I go there and advise anyone who goes there take everything of value out of your car

My tire got a flat and had an issue with the valve and I was in and out in an hour. Got the tire patched and fixed up. Excellent service and reasonable price!

We had a flat tire on a Sunday night at 7:30PM on the 110 freeway near Chinatown on our way home to Santa Monica. We have run-flat tires, which means we have no spare! Our tire was split by a rock so we couldn’t drive on it without ruining the rim. I googled tire stores nearby, not having much hope anyone would be open, and I found that Guadalajara Tires at 1719 Pico was open til 10PM! They answered the phone and were great. They didn’t have run-flat tires but they sold us a used one at a low price that got us home.

This tire repair shop is the best in LA. They are very friendly, honest, and good at what they do. Lewis is fantastic, honestly support them they truly deserve it. I got a flat in the rain and so happy I was within 3 miles of the shop. They fixed me up and charged me correctly and did it with great smile, So refreshing thanks again.
