2024-May. This place was referred to us after getting a super high estimate from somewhere else to replace the struts and shocks of our 2012 Mazda CX9. Their estimate was excellent and affordable compared to our 1st estimate elsewhere. Frank was the mechanic. He was polite and professional. He did not nickel and dime us. He did not do unnecessary repairs. He even fixed the problem of the driver's side window! They have 12,000 miles or 12 12-month warranty, whichever comes first. They close at 6 pm. But he was kind enough to wait because we ran a little late picking up the car. Will definitely come back! Get an estimate from Frank! What do you have to lose?

After having my car towed to this shop for various repairs, I received a phone call from Franklin concerning what needed to be done. What a breath of fresh air to find a repair shop with someone who genuinely cares about your needs. They treat you with respect and they understand your situation. The work was done in a timely manner, in a professional way for a vary fair price. Its nice to know there's a shop you can trust. Keep up the good work guys and I will definitely call again when other repairs are needed. Very highly recommended.

I have been coming here for 10 years and would never take my vehicles anywhere else. Jonas is extremely knowledgeable and honest and the only person I trust to work on my vehicles.
