So I didn't exactly get my car fixed here because they only repair classic vehicles however my Chevy Malibu stalled right outside of their repair shop and their mechanics, without hesitation, pushed my car into their lot - gave it a quick look over, and referred me to another shop within a mile away to get it looked at where it sits right now. They were so sweet and caring and they didn't even know me. I still can't get over how hospitable they were. From the sweet lady working behind the front desk and the master mechanic who came in shortly thereafter to assist me. You don't find that kind of hospitality these days. I hope they continue to be very successful in all their business endeavors.

Fantastic folks! Gerald is extremely knowledgeable regarding classic cars. Debbie treats everyone like family. You can easily tell they care about you and your car. I have 3 classics, and I trust them with all 3. But, I am sure they will take care of a 2020 corolla just as well!

It is becoming exceedingly rare to find a business with the breadth of knowledge that you find at Guarantee Automotive. I have a 71 Vette, a 2016 Audi, and a 201 Chrysler and all have been take care of here. With my 71 Vette having been practically restored here. Gerald and Debbie are fantastic to work with as well. I never mind paying for quality work.

These people know classic car. They took a 95 Bronco, from stem to stern, sealed every leak, replaced every gasket replaced old broken bolts. Ran through ever system and identified mechanical failures and fixed each piece as they went along. They saved me money by doing the extra fixes, while they were already in specific parts of the engine, and a problem was located. This old car drives like a newly restored classic. Thank you Guaranteed Automotive! We are customers for life.

Went for estimate. Did work anyway without being asked. Claims a temporary fix done as courtesy but I still was charged. I decided to go somewhere else to fix this temporary courtesy! Was called a million times stating that I need to bring my vehicle back, to undo what was done if I wasn’t going to continue with their service. Horrible way to do business.

Guarantee Auto is a shop you can absolutely trust. They know cars inside and out, love what they do, perform first class quality work and do it for a fair price. I raced cars for 20 years and recognize a quality car service operation when I see one. In my opinion, based on having my Escalade serviced there over the last four years, you won't find a more conscientious, knowledgeable, group of mechanics anywhere else in the Lakeway area FIRST CLASS!

I was referred to Guarentee Automotive by my old mechanic from my hometown and was just blown away with what caring people Scott and Debbie are! They took such good care of me while I was there and went well out of their way to make sure I had a ride back to my house, ensure that my car was safe to drive, and making sure I didn't have to spend more than necessary. They are such honest, accommodating people and I will definitely be coming back for any future car issues!

If you have any need for a mechanic, then this is your place! My transmission went out last week, and they had my truck up and running like new in a few days! They were affordable and efficient! This is a great, local family run business! No bait and switch with this shop. They were straight up and on the spot.

The guy who runs this place is rude and doesn't care if he has your business or not. They quoted me $345 to replace my alternator in my 06 chevy 1500. After they quoted me, I went and researched prices and found that they were charing me at least $100 to much. When I went in and proved to him I had seen other quotes, he just started talking about how expensive it is to have a biz in Lakeway and how he has too much over head, etc. THOSE ARE NOT MY PROBLEMS. Then he had the nerve to say "cool dude, when I was your age I ran all over town searching for better prices too. Good for you dude". I am an educated business owner. I don't talk to customers that way. Too bad I live right down the street and will never go to that place again. 0 STARS
