Do not trust! Absolutely horrible customer service. The men there treat women poorly and disrespectfully. I have purchased at least 8 used tires from here and my last one was not a good tire. Didn’t last even 2 months and they refused to help replace it, even at a discount. They laughed and said if I pay $40 more they would put another tire that had cracks and gashes in it. Completely unsafe. Then I asked for the owners contact information and they refused to give it. Laughing at me as I stood there and they kept saying “just call for Gutierrez”. Never going there again. Do not trust their tires!

I took in my Audi when it was working perfectly for a spark plug replacement, a normal maintenance item. Since then it’s given me nothing but problems. It started misfiring and went into limp mode so I took it back. They told me it’s the ignition coil. Then I got a new ignition coil pack, and they told me the problem went away. As soon as I drive it off the lot, I feel the problem instantly. And take it back. These morons said it’s a tire problem and suggested to do a tire alignment and balance. My tires were not misaligned or unbalanced to begin with, and tires have nothing to do with misfires and engine shakes. I got charged 3 times for a problem they claimed to have fixed 3 different times. Not to mention these were all quick fixes, yet my car was there for 3 days. Not once did somebody sit in the car with me to experience the actual problem with driving. They just said if it’s not working just come back. I’ve thrown money at them 3 times just for them to want me to leave it again and throw more money at them. On top of that, they tried to get me to change my oil pan and told me they could not do an oil change. I’ve been getting oil changes from elsewhere for years and have never had an issue. They never answer the phone as well. Only go here if you want your time and your money wasted. They do not know a single thing about German cars. Save yourself the hassle and pay a little extra but do not bring your German car here.

They changed my break pads and did not do it right causing me to have an accident! They also tried to sell me used tires as new because I was a girl.

No vayan. Aquí solo te roban o no hacen bien trabajo. Mi sensores ya no trabajan después de cambiar 2 llantas. Eso o los quebraron. Consider going elsewhere. It’s shady here. They either broke or stole my tire pressure sensors when changing my tires. Save yourself a headache and pay more if you have to. You can avoid a lot of trouble.

Got my brake pads replaced here. I had new rotors before I got them replaced (did these at a different shop). Less than two weeks after replacing my brake pads at this shop my new rear rotors were all scratched up and now my car squeals when it brakes. I went back to ask them why the squeaking was occurring but they claimed it’s because my rotors are warped. The rotors were less than a year old! The rotors had no scratches on them before the job, now the rear ones are all scratched up. Their poor quality break pad job ruined my rear rotors in two weeks and instead of offering a fix they immediately jump to charging me for new rotors before even assessing the brake pad job or the rotors themselves. I wish I checked the reviews sooner. Avoid at all costs!

Bought four brand new tire last time. So I payed the guy after I payed he said I get a free oil change next time you comeback...absolutely don't recommend....

I took my car in to get fixed and they tried charging me $700. I called bar because they didn’t fix it and were trying to over charge me for things they didn’t even do, like a diagnostic. Nothing got diagnosed. And after bar made them take off charges they got mad and stole parts out of my car and Ruined the inside, I can’t prove it was them so bar won’t do anything about that. Avoid here at all cost. They have a horrible owner or manager. They’re not an ethical business at all. I highly recommend going up the street to big ol tires though because they always show me what’s wrong with my car and ask me if I want to get it fixed. They’re the ones who told me about bar. Big ol tires is very ethical and trust worthy since I don’t know too much about cars.

Overcharges, steals car parts if they cannot conclude what is wrong with your car, try making the most profit by charging you for services they did not even do.

Gutierrez Tires was recommended to me by a friend. I limped my car to their shop and was given a quote . I left it there overnight. The following day, I was there when they opened. They were just finishing. The work they did on my car was extensive, yet they held to the price I was quoted. I will be going there for all my future repairs or maintenance. Thank-You Gutierrez Tires !

Had to go back twice and they still messed up by untighting my rear coilovers I have no idea how. That was the 3rd mess up took it somewhere else could of got in a bad accident

Careless service. Do not go here, You will end up paying more. Took my 1yr old Lexus for a tire change, bigger man didn’t bother looking under the car for correct placement of the jack and cracked the plastic under cover. Took it back and the owner, ‘Jose’, didn’t apologize nor did he offer to replace the part. In addition he appeared annoyed of my complaint to him. And said to leave it over night so they can put some screws in it early morning. Nope, never took it back.

Had an appointment to get a paragon bed cover installed at 8 am waited an hour and a half for the guy manuel to show up and he still didnt show up so i left horrible customer service no communication do not reccomend.

Worst service ever!...This place will NEVER get my business if they were the last tire shop on the planet!...You don't tell someone who has kids in the car that "you'll just put the tire on and you can get in a wreck"...there is way better business edict than that...by the way, I took my business to American Tire Depot and purchased 4 BRAND NEW TIRES!!...REAL PROFESSIONALS FOR REAL BUSINESS!! ✌️
