Called him he told me he would get it right in and get me an estimate I was supposed to drop off next day. Next day dropped off. No one called. Finally I got a hold of him day after he promised me an estimate. All he gave me then was nasty rude attitude no estimate. Told me to come get it instead of giving estimate. You can’t trust his word.

Took my Jeep to Guy to have him track down an electrical issue. He was great about communicating with me about the job, he explained in detail what needed to be done, gave me a fair price, and was quick. Guy only did the work I asked for, he suggested more work, at my request, didnt do it without giving me a hard time. They fixed the electrical issue, tidied up the wire harness, and had it done in a day. Plus, he gave me a cash discount, so I saved some money! I'll be back here for help with my vehicles in the future.

Was traveling and had a mechanical with my truck. Tow company recommended Guy. Terrific experience. Great communication and follow through. Old school values.

Best place!!! I read some of the bad reviews which all businesses have. Some people are misinformed and you just can't please these kind of people. Guy would never lie to these customers. Purposely damage their car. You don't stay in business 20 yr by duping people. I seriously doubt the situation was exactly the truth on the customer's part. Many want something for nothing. Or demand huge discounts. When they can't bully Guy they are upset they didn't get their demands. Synthetic oil changes are not $58 anywhere. The 1st oil change was less bc it wasn't synthetic. We are sorry people are unhappy with their visit, but you can't reason with everybody. We stand by our work.

I cannot believe that there are any bad reviews on here. My entire family has taken every single vehicle to Guy for years! Exceptional quality & honest service. He even fixed a Land Rover! Wouldn't even think twice about recommending him. Thanks for the years of professionalism.

Tried to get my AC repaired here. He charged me about $250 for a service fee without diagnosing the real problem. I drove my car home without any resolution. I called him a few days later and he wouldnt answer or call me back. I tried calling him again few days later - no response. I called him back to back one day and he finally answered out . Asked me to come back . Kept the car with him all day and did not even diagnose the problem again. I went to another mechanic and they fixed the problem under $250. Not a reliable experience. He knows what kind of clients he wants and denies everyone else.

Had my dad’s truck for over a year changing a motor. When it came back it had no oil fill hole in valve cover - not the original valve covers. Wrong radiator hose installed. A thirty second repair on an electrical switch was left undone. Carburetor was not looked at. Truck overheated. Took it back and he had it another three months with nothing repaired. Wouldn’t take a wheelbarrow there!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business EVER. Terrible communication from the owner. The worst I’ve ever seen. I feel bad because some of the employees seem like they are really trying.

I got off to a rocky start with Guy bc I was frustrated the used car I just purchased had engine issues. Guy remained professional and fixed my jeep. I've had him fix 2 more different issues since and I wouldn't take my jeep anywhere else from now on. Thanks for helping me Guy and team! I really appreciate you 🙏🏽

Went in for a coolant leak..they supposedly fixed it..drove it the next day and lost all coolant causing my motor to overheat and crack the block..he even said they forgot to put a plug back in my radiator...didn't take the blame and charged me 7k for a new block...took 6 months..i wasnt in a posituon to fight it..he took advantage of me and is a crook..wouldn't give one star..stay away from this shop.

Drove cross country with no ac in my Subaru Forester....didn't want to drive back that way so I researched for someone who could fix it near where I was staying in Utah... Found Guy's Auto Master in St. George Utah and am so happy I did! Guy was great to work with and did a great job! He and his crew are really knowledgeable and professional. The cost was over $600 less than what the dealer quoted me back in Pittsburgh. Thanks again Guy..... Highly recommend!

How much do you pay for an oil change? I took my car to Guy’s Auto- Master based on good reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not good. The first time they changed the oil in my car, the oil hose broke and sprayed oil all over my car. No offer to wash my car, rather they wiped it off with a rag. I had to wash my car for several hours to fully remove the oil. The second oil change went smoothly; they charged me $62 which was reasonable. A few days ago I took my car in for the third oil change. I was surprised to see that the charges were $156. When I asked why so much, the mechanic who was helping me said the oil price went up. When I asked him to explain the charges on different items shown on the invoice, he said he cannot because it’s difficult and if I had a complaint to call Guy. So I did. Guy plainly said that’s how much we charge for synthetic oil. I changed the oil on my 2021 1500 RAM a week ago (8-18-22) at Wade Chrysler. They used synthetic oil and they charged me $58.26. I asked many of my neighbors and none of them pay more than $80 for an oil change. Needless to say I will be looking for a new mechanic.

This place is horrible. If you care about quality work or honesty, do not spend your money here. I took my truck with $20K in suspension upgrades to Guy’s for a head gasket. When they reassembled the top end, the tech routed the wiring harness on the wrong side of the intake plenum and exhaust so some of the wires were melted during their test drive, causing numerous check engine light warnings. When I arrived to pick my truck up, the tech told me in detail about how he misrouted the harness and melted it, before removing the plenum to properly routed and realizing he’d melted critical wires. Without knowing we had spoke, Guy comes out and tries telling me that some of the wires must have melted when the head gasket first blew when it over heated and they’d need to charge me thousands more to fix it. The tech was standing right next to us. I told him the tech just told me what actually happened and he responds with, “Oh, you told him??” Three returns later and they never fixed any of the wiring harness issues they caused.
