Customer service was very good from start to end. Walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood what they were doing at all times. Very honest people working there. Got quotes from other shops and they were the most honest and affordable with the prices. I came in with a very serious matter with my car. They got me in very fast and had my car back before the time quoted. The owner of the shop came to speak with me to make sure everything was up to my standards and even test drove my car to make sure everything was perfect.Will be bringing all of my families cars there from now on.

I had a great experience with H & A Auto Service when they fixed my car. The customer service was excellent—Hesham was especially kind and helpful throughout the process. I'm very pleased with there service. Told David what I thought was wrong with my car. Found it's was something totally different fixed a potential problem as well. Had my car back fixed the next day and running like a champ. Definitely recommend them.

My car was towed due to an accident. They purposely didn’t give me all the paperwork on the first visit so they were able to hold the car longer and make more money.

Honest, quick, and fair. I had a really bad shaking and turning problem in my car. Other mechanics told me axels or tie rods. With 30 minutes they found it was mounts for my transmission which other mechanics never noticed. Within 2 business days my car was fixed and was quoted a very reasonable price. Highly recommend glad I found an honest company!

Broke down with my car last night. I called AAA and they were too busy to find anybody to tow and were giving 2 hour time frame after telling them I was in a traffic lane. I searched google and looked up towing companies myself. Came across H@ A towing and called. David answered and I didn't relive i had known him from being at the shop before. I explained my problem and he said sounds like alternator. He said he could get me a tow in about half hour. This was about 7:30 pm. within a half and hour David showed up with tow truck. He took to his shop and said he could get it done by today. I called about 2;30 this afternoon and he said it was ready. He went above and beyond and got me the tow and the work done. I would defiantly recommend H@A auto. Very honest and priced right. Thank you again David for everything you did to help me.
