I went for oil change, stickers and replacement motors mounts.He never replacement the motor mounts.He come back and ask me about nosie after he does the oil change. He play games to change you up.cost 170

i called yesterday 5/14/24 to asked about if they can fix the issues i have with my car nissan maximin 2017 the person i called wasn’t Pleasant over the phone and wasn’t professional at all , as a customer who’s calling for help i wasn’t satisfied with the lack of communication i had with the worker , wasn’t no care at all to even help me in my situation and turn me down before he even take a look at my car. i was referral from my cousin who said they do a great job but the lack of respect and care as a customer i can’t deal with so i will not referral anyone to this mechanic

Everyone at this shop is respectful and nice. Liem is a great mechanic. He answered all my concerns about the car while I was waiting for my inspection. He's very knowledgeable with any cars' model. I'd go here again.

Honest Professional, I had a coolant lean in my BMW, they called me and asked who did work on the car prior? He called me to the shop and instructed me to have it towed back to the dealer, they did no do the job right. He could have done the repair and charged me instead of sending me back to the dealer. Thank you Sir you have a customer for life.

I have been coming to this shop for two of my cars and each time the Owner is disrespectful. They do good work but he tried to explain what I believe the issue is before hand and his delivery was disrespectful. He rushed me when I was answering his questions and made it seem as though I don’t know what I’m talking about. He talked to me as a child. And when I asked him to double check something he dismissed me and told me to take my car somewhere else. He has a short temper when I remained respectful each time but refusing me service because I asked him to double check something.

I live in the area so I decided to give him a try the owner was really disrespectful to me and not my husband he actually said women don't know anything about car's I pulled out his shop after my repair and the car cut off I went back in he never checked my car again he only said it's a computer problem it wasn't a computer problem when they did my repair the never tightened the cables back to the battery that's why the car lost power while driving also he charges dealer prices and and never helped me solve a problem he made I always try to support businesses in my area but I will never ever go to this shop ever again women beware he does not respect women at all

If I could give a zero I would. Left my car when they opened only to be told in the the late afternoon to pick it up because they don't have the ability to work on my foreign car. What a waste of time.

Ok Service in a pinch, sometimes over priced for small jobs. The owner is a bit nonchalant regarding concerns you may have especially to Women!! I stopped taking my cars there because of his poor customer service.

Very honest people & hard working people. Would usually raise their voice to talk to you but its not yelling at you. That’s just how Asians talk. Only 2 mechanic working due to pandemic so need to be more understanding and willing to wait for the job to be done. Never a disappointment! Highly recommend!!

Purchased all the parts asked to fix an over heating problem, ($500) this place had my car for a week. When I went to pick the car up I was charged over $700 in labor he even put in others parts no mentioned like any other part needed. Total rip-off. Beware of this place seriously. The owner of this place is a rude individual, when asking anything about tour car its like he have a serious attitude, and for when he had put in a hose in my radiator found out he had rip me off by $100 so as for that I will never recommend anyone there no even my dog and that what I have to say
