I've been using H&H for 20 years. Having a shop you can trust will not only take great care of your vehicles, but knowing they won't take advantage of you is priceless. Amazing work H&H!

After 6-month review. Car ended up being in the shop for more than 2 weeks after day of scheduled appointment. First signs of distrust and lack of due diligence. Mechanic called to replace rear suspension airbags due to car sitting on bump stop. Upon pickup, car still on bump stop; mechanic claimed it was normal. Insisted on checking, discovered leaking airbag (new). Assured all parts were OEM, but airbags and CV axel provided were not, can’t confirm bearings. The mark up on these non-OEM parts are insane. Dean, the owner, made his best attempts to address my concerns. I prefer not to step beyond my expertise, but simple mistakes like those mentioned will raise more questions and concerns. I’m not sure if was taken advantage of or poor communication from Tammy.

Service is always good here. I've been here several times and I honestly don't have any complaints. And the repairs here do not cost a fortune it's very affordable.

Dean is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have know him for 15 years and have had our trucks serviced at H and H throughout the years. Joe in the office is so helpful and straightforward, he recently advised me to bring our truck in for a second opinion. H and H saved me from spending a large amount unnecessarily at the dealership. I can't recommend them high enough as integrity is hard to come by these days. H and H also does beautiful restorative work on older vehicles. We are very fortunate to have them in Charlotte. We greatly appreciate them.

Very straight-forward and professional. You will not be up-charged here, I spoke with a mechanic and explained to him my problem and he provided a quote right away and explained that my problem might not be as serious as previously diagnosed. I was able to avoid a huge bill & really appreciate the transparency from H & H.

I was in search for a shop to take my classic car to that was honest, reputable and dependable for classic work. I asked a number of friends for referrals, and read many reviews, and settled on H&H...and I'm glad I did! Joe was fantastic answering my questions and getting me scheduled. When I dropped the car off, he introduced me to the mechanic, Tim, who would be doing the work, and he had Tim and I look over the car together and discuss my needs. These guys take pride in what they do, and are very transparent. After getting started, Joe called me to say some of the work I thought might be needed, was not, and they quickly got my car finished up. Instead of doing/charging for work that wasn't needed, they were honest and communicative, and have a loyal new customer happy to share my experience. If you're thinking about taking your vehicle to them, I would not hesitate to do so, and certainly recommend H&H based on my experience.

My husband and I have used H&H since 2008 for all our car needs. They are always kind, fair and knowledgeable. They serviced our 20 yr old car and our newer Lexus RX. I trust them w all of our cars. We will continue you use their garage at their new location.

My favorite car maintenance shop in Charlotte. They specialize in Toyotas and seem to be the go-to spot for quality old school Toyotas. I always take my '05 4runner here. Owner is really cool along with everyone else.

H&H provided me with thorough updates on my vehicle and kind customer service. They strike me as both honest and fair - which are rare qualities in the auto repair world. I was very impressed with the quality of work, and even the lengths they went to clean up the undercarriage after they fixed both a new coolant leak and old oil leak. They seem to specialize in 4x4s, especially Toyotas - but I would trust them with any vehicle.

I needed weatherstripping repair to one of my doors and saw the great reviews so called to inquire more info. The customer service was so kind, helpful and informative. Though this wasn't something that could be done here I was pointed to a place down the road. I believe customer service is everything and I was truly so appreciative and impressed by this simple phone call. I would definitely recommend this business.
