I’ve brought my car here a few times to get various maintenance done on it. This shop is fast and efficient. I almost always get my car back the same day on various maintenance jobs. Hakim and the team is solid. I trust this shop. They are honest, fair, and do solid work.

I RECOMMEND NOBODY TO GO TO THIS PLACE! H&M are crooks, unprofessional and lie and just try to take ALL your money. Took my vehicle to get a transmission replaced through my warranty company. After the first week nobody called me to update me about what’s going on with my vehicle NOT ONCE!! Come to find out they did a tear down on my vehicle without my consent then they told me I would have to pay over $1200 saying that the warranty company doesn’t cover for the rest. My policy through my warranty covers for EVERYTHING the only thing I was responsible for was my $250 deductible so when I decided to go talk to them in person they came up with saying they won’t charge me for anything not even the deductible that they will take care of it so it came down to my total being $0. As of June 14 2024 they told me my vehicle was ready, went to pick up my vehicle and vehicle was in a terrible condition by the time I drove it all the way home. So as of today June 15 2024 I took it back to them to see what was going on with my vehicle. The rpm was at the 2 with not a foot on the pedal. It was jerking and the entire vehicle sounded like a broken fan. Wasn’t even there for 5 minutes the vehicle started smoking and caught on fire. Now having trust in a repair shop thinking I would get my vehicle with no issues. Now I am without a vehicle with 3 children because of their negligence. While the vehicle was on fire no one had any sympathy or remorse to show any concern of this situation not one person even apologized to me the owner came and everyone avoided me including the owner. PLEASE DONT GO HERE EVER!!! Save yourself the trouble and the headache. All I can do is thank God that my kids and my family was not in the vehicle or the vehicle exploding on the way there while driving it. AGAIN DONT GO THERE THEIR SHOP DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN! This is the outcome of their work! I am devastated.

I recently was in a bad accident and my car was in terrible condition. I came to H & M hoping they can fix my car because multiple businesses from all around denied me but H & M offered me the hope of my car being repaired. In a week nd a half my car was repaired just like the day I bought it. I honestly was so scared to loose my car till I met H&M and when my car was fixed I got an oil change and for everything I was charged a great price, I left this shop happy and knowing if I ever need anything or have problems H&M has my back. Thank you so much to all the Staff and employees for answering my nonstop questions 😂 and s professional. Definitely have a lifetime customer, God bless you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The offered good service but communication could have been better. They told me 2 hrs but it was a 6 hour job so my car wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up and they weee closed. When I told the owner on the morning he apologized for his staff’s lack of communication and explained the job and why it took so long. He offered me a free oil change and 10% off my bill. I’m glad he did what he could to set things right with me.

They charged me 120$ to just wash underneath the car and add my oil then they damaged my car and they did not took responsibility. Also the lady told me it will cost me another min 400$ to fix it then give me 4 days later schedule then i took another shop 2 days later, they fixed it for me 150$ same day. Never recommend this place!

The company went above and beyond with our repairs. They let us know everything ahead of time when it came to the parts coming in and never let us stay in the dark. They even provided us an extra key without us having to ask them. I recommend this company and appreciate their service.

Yesterday I brought in two cars for oil change on a Saturday just with a phone call. No appointments needed and the lady on the phone was nice to say they will squeeze me in and got me out on time. Hakim is great and always discusses the issue in details with you although he has alot to do. Have been coming for almost 5 yrs. They are not pushy and prices are reasonable.
