Hacker automotive is the best. They are so friendly, experts and Tammy Hacker does an amazing job explaining what was diagnosed and she does it in a way that doesn’t make you feel stupid if you don’t know and does belittle you if you do know. I trust her and Greg wholeheartedly and wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

I take my 2008 smart fortwo there and Tammy and her family take amazing care of my car, they have fixed suspension problems I had with it and I take it there for regular maintenance. They get the job done super quick and usually same day. I will be taking my cars there from now on. Many thanks to the Hacker family!

Car was making a clanking noise and we knew it needed new front brakes. They were able to locate the problem which required us to take the car to the dealership due to open recall. They called the dealership, scheduled the appointment and advised us what we needed to do until then. They completed the oil change and front brake job in a very timely manner. They went above and beyond what any automotive shop would ever do to make sure our car was taken care of!

At Hacker Automotive Group, you are greeted by Tammy (Co-owner). She is very knowledgeable about the business and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. She did this in a way that was respectful of me and with a concern for my safe driving experience. She built trust and confidence that made me know I came to the right place to fix my car. When I came back to pick up my car, I met Greg (Co-owner and Master Mechanic). My trust was furthered by his additional comments about what he did and the answers to a few of my questions. I would highly recommend this family business to anyone that wants high quality honest repairs at a fair price. You just don’t have to worry about service there. They’ve got you covered!

Just bought our son a used pickup and it needed several repairs, involving the transmission and drive shaft. Hacker Automotive diagnosed all the issues, gave us a short list of items that may need repairing in a couple of years, and completed the necessary repairs right away. I know that my kids will be driving safe vehicles when I take them to Hacker Automotive. It's the only place I take our family cars, pickups and SUVs. They are thorough and honest and I know that when Hacker Automotive repairs our vehicles, they are going to sound and run great!

I highly recommend Hacker Automotive for their service to our community. They run a clean business, complete with a secured: child play area/waiting room complete with WiFi, beverages, lounge/type seating, big screen TV and a small library of videos. I f that isn't going to fire into your schedule they a willing to allow "loaners", when possible, and will drive you to/from home and/or work. They're doing this business as well as anybody could/should. Also, and perhaps primarily, their service work is second-to-none and reasonably priced: efficient, complete, and with the safety of the owners in mind, always.

First, it's hard to find an independent shop that is good with Saabs, which is why I came here. Unfortunately, it took five weeks to repair an automatic transmission, which is significantly longer than the 7-10 days that was originally quoted. Bizarre parts availability issues arose and took quite some time to sort through. They're exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and I would have given five stars if it hadn't been such a lengthy process, much of which was outside of the shop's control. I guess I was just unlucky. I doubt too many other customers would have such unfortunate circumstances with parts. Two great things: they offer loaner cars and their waiting area is nicely furnished and spacious, which bump this up to a four-star rating. Not the absolute best, but still quite good, and in the end, my car was fixed to the standards that I expected.
