Friendly service , but they told me a part would be 1800 dollars , to fix my display. And would also take 3-6 months to get it ordered in. Took it to the bmw dealership and it was in fact not in need of being replaced as hafke told me. It was fixed by the dealership for 150 dollars by simply being reset .

We were so disappointed today. We heard amazing reviews about this shop so we waited two weeks for an appointment for an oil change. We live 30 minutes away so we dropped our car off at 7:00 am and picked it up at 4:30 pm on our way home from work. The car was still sitting in the parking lot. (We had tried to call several times to check the status but no one answered.). They said they could try to get it right in at that time (which was nice of them) but we had to go pick up our daughter from college after work. Needless to say, no oil change. We would have appreciated a phone call about the delayed day or someone answering.

Use Hafkemeyer for your import vehicles! I have used Hafkemeyer for a few years now and they never disappoint me! I bought a newer Mercedes last year and each time I took the vehicle to the dealership in KC, I would immediately have a new engine problem the next day. Each time, they are requesting roughly $3K. I brought my vehicle to get checked out this week and the team did not find a current issue on my vehicle. They could have charged me the reduced amount that was estimated over the phone but they didn't. I paid a service fee and was able to take my vehicle home, feeling comfortable and satisfied. I was able to keep $ in my pocket! There is alot to be said about a maintenance shop that is fair! In fact, it is becoming rare! I really appreciate Andy, Casey and the team at Hafekmeyer! I really appreciate the work that you do and the integrity that you maintain!

I had a Mini that had been sitting for several months. Casey and the team got me up and running in less than 6 hours, gave salient advice, and even reset my clock to the correct time. They were very honest and upfront with the repairs my vehicle required, and which could be skipped without effecting the performance of the vehicle. Hafkemeyer is the only place I will take my Mini for any type of work
