Dwayne and his team did a fantastic job on my daughter’s BMW. Not to mention the friendly service and accuracy in getting the work done in a timely manner. That wasn’t all, Dwayne actually was negotiating with the insurance company on our behalf, as far as I know, it should’ve been the other way around. Over all, I would recommend this business to any one I know, it’s a place where you feel safe sending your college kids, knowing they will not be taken advantage off.

Dwayne went above and beyond to ensure that my car received the proper service it deserved. After over a month of trying to get me in for hail repair service he assisted me in finding a rental car, and reaching out to my insurance. He quoted my car fairly based on its damages and was always a phone call away. I never felt in the dark throughout the whole process, and all my questions were always met with kindness. As for the work itself, my car looks brand new (my hail damage was extensive). Dwayne repaired my car very quickly and meticulously. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for honest, genuine, and efficient hail repair in the BCS area.

Hail advisor did a fantastic job repairing the hail damage caused from this most recent hail storm... I recently bought this car, and after the repairs, it looks exactly like it did before the storm. I cannot thank yall enough! Dwayne helped me every step of the way and was sure to keep me informed as the process went. My experience could not have been any smoother. The entire process of dropping the car off, getting a rental, and picking my car up was coordinated perfectly. Took my car here for hail repair. I was impressed with such good quality service. My car looked as good as new once it came back from repair, and I didn’t have to pay a single penny out of pocket. I was also provided with a rental car for the entire duration of my car’s repair. Dwayne is very honest, friendly, trustworthy and highly professional. Highly recommend hail advisor.

Dwayne and his staff at Hail Advisor was great! I had SEVERE hail damage to my vehicle from the hailstorm that came through, and he made my car look brand new again! He worked with my insurance company and even met my deductible, so I didn’t have to pay ANYTHING out of pocket! Truly a blessing! I definitely recommend Hail Advisor if you’re looking for someone to do the job right!

I haven’t had my car repaired yet.... but based on my phone conversation, I’m definitely pleased. I’m oblivious when it comes to cars and insurance, but the staff spent 30 minutes on the phone with me just answering my questions. He was informative and kind..... it almost felt like I was just talking to a family member but still very professional. No matter the outcome with my car, I will for sure use them again in the future and recommend them to others. Thanks !

I’ve had hail damage repaired in the past and never seen a huge difference. Last year a big storm came and pelted the whole Bryan area after Dwayne fixed my truck it looked like new couldn’t even tell it was hit. Much thanks to him

My sister in law had her gmc damaged in the recent hail storm. The representative met her at the house in her lunch break to make sure they could help. He walked her thru the insurance process handling the situation for her. We picked up her truck today and it was washed, had tire shine, she couldn’t stop smiling. She said it was nice that someone took the time to not just treat her as a customer but actually valued her business. Would recommend to anyone!!

I highly recommend Dwayne and Hail advisor to anyone needing repair done. He was quick and let me keep my car until they were ready for it! they had my Cadillac done in 24 hours! I didn't have to spend much time in a loaner car. Fantastic customer service and was always ready to answer any questions I had about the process!

Dwayne did a great job connecting with a great group of brothers that have a new hail/dent repair shop in the DFW metroplex.... the Karl Brothers. Dwayne served as air traffic control getting me a quick appointment and even bringing my brilliantly repaired and shiney LS460 back to my home. This was the second time he helped me out (last time in 2004) after the luck of finding an isolated hail storm. Nice guy... GREAT results!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Per the inspection by my insurance company, I had literally hundreds of dings on my car due to the hail storm last March. I work at Wings N More and my poor car was devastated by hail. Dwayne's shop is out at our corporate headquarters and our owner recommended him. They did a great job on my car which was destroyed. They made is so easy! If you need hail repair I highly recommend them!

Man I live in BCS and my car was smashed, destroyed and the boys with Hail Advisor and ARR made it look awesome. I mean there were dents I wasn't sure could be fixed and poof! Gone! These guys are absolutely at the top of their game, I couldn't have made a better choice!

My new car had hail damage in the recent hail incident that happened in college station in 2018. Initially I didn't want to deal with car mechanics/repairs at all; however, I looked up the reviews here and decided to go and meet Dwayne. I was very suspicious and anxious at first and was worried about many things whether he will finish on time, handle my car properly, not drive it etc. If you are anxious as I was then rest assured because I had the best and honest service of my life and every time I called him he answered me. My car looks brand new and the paint job on the rail he did is indistinguishable from the rest of the car. I highly recommend Hail Advisor to anybody with hail damage.

Dwayne with Hail Advisor made this so easy. We literally called my insurance together from my front yard and I let him handle it from there. He handled EVERYTHING, even stayed on top of my assessor who decided to take a vacay in the process. Who does that? He kept me in loop at every step. Now looking back, this wasn't hard AT ALL.
