Just got my SUV back and it is just amazing I am so happy with what they did. A special shout out to Jay who kept me informed through the whole thing, I recommend Hail Dent Pro to everyone that needs repairs on their vehicles they are just awesome. Jay even went the extra mile to help with the rental vehicle, he made the trip to my job to bring my SUV to me and pick up the rental and take it back for me as well these are caring individuals. Thank you Jay you are Awesome as well as Hail Dent Pro all of you are amazing.

Edit: (The lack of accountability for you and your affiliates is appalling. I have great sympathy for those in your circle.) Record conversations/get it in writing promised a matched reimbursement of 30/day for car rental gone to $60/day free estimate turned to $300 admin fee. Storage fee $400 The shop where my car was wasn't hail dents shop and the owner there said they wouldn't have charged a storage fee so why was I charged. Very dishonest. Extremely dissatisfied. Buyer beware.

Took really good care of my hail damage. We're thorough and professional. Took quite a bit of time but the damage required replacing my back windows to fix the hail damage to the chrome trim.

Came in with massive hail damage on my car roof, hood, and everywhere else. I also had a dent on my left fender. Hail Damage Pro fixed everything on time and made my car new again. I would highly recommend coming here.

Everyone at Hail Dent Pro were very kind and made my car look great again! They had a really nice car for me to drive and paid my insurance deductible, so I didn't have anything out of pocket. Hail Dent Pros is a one stop job shop. I took my car to them to have hail dents repaired. They have rental cars on site and set me up with one. They communicated with geico and an adjuster came by pretty quick to do an estimate. They had my car done within a few days. The whole process was quick and painless. Chris Leilani and all of the crew at Hail Dent Pros are awesome

I really enjoyed my experience with Hail Dent Pro! Everyone was very nice and they were able to fix the hail damage on my car pretty quickly! I took my Vehicle in for hail damage repair. I called them on a Thursday and they scheduled my drop off for Saturday, had a rental ready for me. My vehicle was ready by the following Friday. Great service Their service was excellent. Matt Hoyt was the best. This was just last week.

Took my car in to get the hail damage and cracked windshield fixed and I was only in there for about 30 mins before they got me set up and gave me a rental to use. Very good customer service will definitely use this service again if needed.

HDP did a great job on helping us take care of the hail damage that occurred during the spring hail storm. Once clearing the hurdle of the insurance adjuster, they moved quickly to take care of our vehicle and get it back to us ASAP. Throughout the process they kept us informed, and they also provided a loaner vehicle while we waited. We would use them again!

I want to thank Luke and all the employees at Hail Dent Pro for the job they did on my car. I have a ‘21 Dodge Charger and it got hit pretty bad in the Hail Storm last spring. Luke reached out to me and took great care of me and my car. I got it back today and couldn’t stop smiling. They did a phenomenal job and did it in a very timely manner. They also provided a loaner for me to use while they were taking care of my most prized possession. Hopefully I’ll never need hail repair again but if I do I know where I’ll be going! They did fix my hail damage, although they called me and told me car was ready, I went to get it and it wasn't so I had to go twice to get it. I can look past that but they damaged my passenger seat by leaving something heavy on it and now the cushion on the seat is permanently pushed in. They were friendly and in all reality the service was quick. Was done within a two weeks but with the poor communication and new damage will probobly never use them again
