Wasn't impressed and have to question other reviews. We were talked down to as if we knew nothing and the repair wasn't right. Another shop had to fix their poor workmanship. Remember, when they talk down to a customer its so you don't question their poor work ethics. Case in point. I wouldn't return.

I recently took my car to Half Price Auto Repair & Performance for repairs, and I was impressed by their excellent service and competitive pricing. They completed the work within two days, which I appreciated. Although I encountered a minor issue afterward, the team was responsive and worked with me to resolve it quickly. My car is now running like new, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

I recently had a check engine light come on in my car and took it to Half Price Auto Repair & Performance. The customer service was excellent, and Charles was especially helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue, offered me a fair deal, and had my car ready the same day. I’m very satisfied with their service.

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they were completely desperate. It's not that difficult to offer simple customer service but apparently Charles and Matthew missed the boat. Charles will tell you straight to your face " yeah I called you to tell me it's ready for pickup " when clearly I have my phone with me and no phone call history. At least be a good liar if you're going to lie. Brilliant 👏

This place was definitely a life savor for me! I got my front and back breaks done along with a new battery for not as much as I thought it would be. Their prices are reasonable and the staff and very respectful, very down to earth! I highly recommend this place!!

Do NOT go to this place. I took my wife’s car in to get the head gasket replaced. $4,000 later, we get the car back and it immediately starts leaking oil on the garage floor. I take it back to the shop and they tell me they have to replace the oil pan gasket. $500 later, it didn’t make a difference and it is still leaking on the garage floor. UPDATE: I was asked by the owner to take it back to his shop so they could take a look at it. That wasn't going to happen because I had ZERO confidence in this place. I ended up taking our car into another repair shop and they showed me the oil plan. Their comment was "It's leaking because the oil pan gasket was either never replaced or they did a terrible job." Down another +$500 to get it fixed correctly. Once again, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I paid for an oil change at Groupon went there this morning at 10 o’clock. He told me he could possibly do it by four but no guarantee so I would have to wait here six hours for an oil change. It’s basically so he wouldn’t have to give me the oil change bottom line as soon as I told him that I got the oil change through Groupon, I could tell in his demeanor that he was not gonna value it because it was already paid for I would not go to this place for nothing the way they treated me was with total disrespect I don’t write reviews. This is like the third review I’ve written in my whole life, but I’m gonna let everybody know this place is bad business.

I went here because my check engine light was on. They diagnosed it as needing a trans flush, new radiator and a purge valve. I listen to them and got it done. They later called me to say I needed a new reservoir because they couldn't flush all the oil out of it. When I picked it up after hours I noticed my AC was working, so I had to take it back a day later. After that I had to take it back because my temperature gage kept running hot. They looked at it again and still nothing. Needless to say all this happened within a month and at the end of the day someone else came up with conclusion that it was a blown head gasket. I believe this was the problem in the beginning because nothing changed so I end up spending $1,800 on something that had nothing to do with the problem such as a new radiator. I paid them to diagnose the problem. Any real mechanic would have noticed the oil in the reservoir and the oil running low. Now I have no car. I could have used that $1800 as a down payment. Don't trust what they say go across street.

Light came on in my chevy traverse (alt. Light) drove it to shop let them know what I believed the problem was . Left car there at the shop they said on 2 separate phone call that they could not find the problem. 2 days. I called and said I would be picking up my car and all of a sudden they call back and say that I can't pick it up because the alternator is burnt out. Forced to have them replace it .... 1300. Dollars. Not cool. Update - since I've posted this . They have reached out to me and we came to an agreement which I am happy with when their part of the agreement is fulfilled I will Update again. The agreement will be just if it is carried out I will be a satisfied customer. Stay tuned for my next update.
