Definitely recommend! My car was overheating on Friday night. The shop I took it to previously was closed on Saturday, when it was still overheating. I took it to Chad who walked me through what I could be, called with updates and was able to get it back the same day after thinking it would need to be left until Monday. The price was much more reasonable than what I was anticipating after getting sticker shock at other shops. Chad was super helpful, not pushy and upfront. Will definitely be using this as my shop for future needs!

How do I start. Chad is a very nice man, He was professional and transparent, I didn't have an appointment , I dropped car off at 7am he diagnosed my issue fixed it gave some other history I needed done on car .. I came back 1 week later to get rear differential and cv axle replaced. Everything done in a timely manner and not that expensive. Keep up with regular maintenance on your vehicles . I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT CHAD AND ALL HIS AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS HE HAS . ABOVE 5 STARS!! You want quality service go see half price auto repair and performance

I can't say enough good things about Chad and his team. Every person I've interacted with has been exceptionally professional and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain all your options and are completely transparent about the pros and cons of each one. Unlike other places I've been to in the past, they don't pressure you into purchasing unnecessary upgrades or more expensive services, especially with me not being particularly savvy when it comes to vehicle maintenance. I'm so glad I found this shop and would highly recommend it to anyone with automotive needs!

Chad and his team helped fix a very tricky issue where we couldn't figure out what was causing a burning smell. They did tests driving my car around and were able to pinpoint where it was and what was causing it. I appreciate the amount of effort they put into getting everything fixed. Definitely recommend this shop

I know mechanics that charge $65 per hour and if they work for 20 minutes they charge $30 , so when the name is deceiving , they are deceiving 🤣

I’ve been coming to Half Price Auto since I was 18 and I’m 22 now so I am pretty loyal to this business. Anytime I’ve had any car troubles I always would take my car here and the mechanics are so real and genuine and they don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need or make things super expensive. They're pretty honest and also nice and don’t make you feel like you’re stupid if you ask questions. I would trust these guys with my drink at a bar and that’s saying a lot so 10/10 would recommend going here

This review is long overdue. I used to rely on dealerships for my car services, but after repeated issues, I was fortunate to discover Half Price Auto. Their communication far exceeds any dealership I've dealt with—they're honest, transparent, and always confirm the work and pricing before proceeding. I've never had to return for a re-fix of a previous repair. If you're looking for a trustworthy auto mechanic, Half Price Auto is the place to go. To all of the employees at this location, you have been incredible! I have only been taking my vehicle to Half Price for a short time, but every time I stop in they have always been so respectful, informative, and most of all honest. It can be hard to find a mechanic that is so helpful and willing to answer all of your questions, as well as offering such reasonable pricing for quality work. Whether it's an oil change or a much bigger issue, I highly recommend taking your vehicle over to Half Price! They have worked tirelessly with me to make sure that my Xterra is running smoothly and even gone out of their way to find any issue that has been difficult to diagnose. Chad was professional and assertive, very customer service oriented. He did everything he said he was going to do. The car was done on the day and time he Said it was going to be and he kept me informed during the whole process. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Chad always goes above and beyond to make sure that my repairs are done right the first time! He is trustworthy and honest and can explain things to me that make sense. I have referred my friends and family to him and will only take me cars to him. I recently had my A/C serviced at his shop and I am forever grateful that it was done correctly and quickly and I don't have to stress about the heat. I had some AC problem with my car and went to some other mechanics, they were trying to up charge me for around $1000. Then we went to Half Price Auto to have it checked out, and they only charged us $600 to fix it up. Thank you Nik and Shon!
