I use to like them until I realize one of their mechanics will steal out your car. As petty as it is to steal cigarettes it's the principle. Don't leave nothing in your car not even change. He will steal it and lie about it. I'll never use them again. The same man lost my cover to my motor and still waiting on them to replace it. He smokes the same brand as me but longs, talking about he smokes longs. THEY COST 9 BUCKS A PACK AND HE LOOKS LIKE HE SMOKES CRACK

I would like to thank the gentleman of Halls Repair. When you take your car to certain auto shops for oil changes, I won't say any names. They seem to give you a list of problems that you need to fix on your car. Two times I've received this repair list. I didn't trust that they were honest with the work that they said my car needed because I take good car of my car. I have taken my car to Halls Repair several times so i'm familiar with their work and I have found them to be an honest shop. Which is something that I can not say about the shop I took my car to get the oil change. I took my car to Halls and they checked out everything that the other shop said I needed and everything was fine with my car I just needed a front end ailment. Which is to be expected because of the way kcmo take care of there streets repavement. I'm so glad that there is still a repair shop that I can trust. And I have found Halls Repair is trustworthy. Thank you Halls Repair.

Bad business. It seems if you don't get a your quote on paper day 1, you will wind up paying more when you pick up your car. I would warn all women to take a man with you to keep this man Mr Hall from ripping you off.

The service was good from the gentleman at the front desk. When the Break Service was complete on my car, my son & myself went to get in my car to leave and my car had the terrible smell of cigarettes. The gentleman from the front desk confronted the mechanic that worked on my car, and he denied smoking in my car while he had a lit cigarette in his hand.

Hall's mechanic services provided such Professionalism (from the front counter to the garage it self) that I as as woman felt comfortable taking my car to, Quick, accurate, and guaranteed work was done on my car and affordably priced. Completely and totally satisfied. New faithful customer For tune ups to transmissions. I Highly recommend!

I have been going there for 8 years. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They do great work. You can not make an appointment but it is worth taking your car there. The main draw for me is that they are trustworthy. They don't do unnecessary work.

the service was terrible they got grease all over my steering wheel on the inside of my door at my door handle and on my new seat covers then when I went to pick up my car and it was dead my battery was fine when I brought it in then they wanted to charge me almost 2,000dollar run for your wallets life.
