These folks are a great example of how a shop should be run. Responsive, fair & trustworthy, quality work and an efficiently run operation. They have been doing mechanical work on all my cars for years. I've purchased no less than 5 sets of tires from them for various vehicles. They always take good care of me and the numerous people that I have referred to them over the years.

I had hit a rock earlier in the week and was afraid I had damaged my tire as my steering wheel is not exactly straight anymore. I brought my car in just to be looked at to see if there was damage and get an estimate on the price it may cost to fix my car was there just under 3 hours and I've got my car back worse than what I put it in the shop as. They didn't even have to do any work. They just had to look. But when I got my car back it was leaking antifreeze when previously it was not leaking antifreeze considering I had still been driving it for the last couple days and the condition it was in. It drove almost normally with more of a pull. But after I got the car back not only was it leaking antifreeze but is now overheating as well. I am beyond frustrated and do not understand why on Earth it looks like my radiator hose was disconnected when they claim all they did was put it on the lift and look underneath it and see that there was frame damage and take it down. They told me they couldn't do anything underneath it because of the frame being too bent and had not touched anything. They tried to blame the leak on the last shop that must have touched it however I fixed my own vehicle almost always. The one time I get a bit sick of it and try to take it to a shop just to make sure the tires aren't damaged since I don't have my own lift and they messed my car up more. I know for a fact everything underneath was replaced perfectly. I had a brand new coolant system with no leaks or problems. Until I drop it off at this tire shop for 3 hours. Of course I don't have the time or the money to sue but I would strongly suggest not taking your vehicle here. They either screwed me on purpose or don't know what they're doing.

Joel & crew replaced a transmission for me. Great work at a fair price. Went above & beyond with service to quickly get my vehicle back on the road. They even took care of an unrelated issue at no extra cost!!! Five stars!!!

Prompt and very professional service. Counter was extremely knowledgeable on multiple issues my vehicle had. When I received my vehicle back, repairs were clearly felt in my 40 years of driving. It handle far better and safety was fully restored.

Every time I've had a problem with my car and brought it here. The problem was diagnosed properly and repaired quickly. The technicians and the staff there are all absolutely phenomenal. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on.

If you need tires or repairs, you need to use these great folks. I had a flat a couple of months ago at my house and wasn’t able to change it. They sent a service truck to me, inflated my tire, and drove it to their shop to repair it. They did a great job and were extremely reasonable on the price. 4 weeks later, my son-in-law had a flat (lots of screws and nails on Knoxville roads). Once again, they sent their truck, inflated his tire, drove it to their shop, and repaired it for an extremely reasonable price. Whenever I need new tires or tire repair in the future, I will only go here and recommend you do the same. They treat you like a friend, not a number.

Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. They also really show appreciation for repeat customers. Realistically, it is never fun having to take your car to the shop but they really try to make it as painless as they can. I may not always like what they have to tell me but I trust them to give it to me straight and not try to pull a fast one. They are the only shop in the area that I trust and don't see myself going anywhere else.

The prices and service are fair, they took us in right away. Turn around time was about 2 hours. We got a an oil change and flush / fill on our transmission. It’s been over a week and no problems to report, so I’ll be back

Don’t let them work on your cars, I have had 2 now (one I own and then other a friend) leak oil in my driveway because they do not focus on quality anymore. The time my truck leaked oil they did correct the issue but that was after I had driven 1600 mile without knowing. Techs are not paying attention to small things like screwing the oil filter housing on completely in my case or the second car I believe they did the same thing but with a trans cooler line. Either way the quality for the price isn’t there and has not been for many years.

Very fair and reasonably priced to repair my truck. If you have problems with your vehicle I highly recommend this place. I had to have my truck repaired again, had it towed to the service center, this is the 2nd time I've had excellent service, honest and fair pricing, as far as I am concerned I will bring all my vehicles here to be repaired. They are highly qualified and no other service center will ever touch my truck again but these people! Thankyou so much!

Bad experience f150 4wd. Had the actuator replaced and they didn't put the nut on the bolt that holds the control arm on almost caused a accident...

I feel that these people are honest and good at what they do. Both my husband and I take our vehicles to this place and we are pleased with the service. If they make a mistake, they acknowledge it and fix it without charging you. I appreciate that.

I was going out of town for a few days, so it made sense to leave my vehicle during that time. They called while I was on the road and gave me an estimate. With my approval, they got it all done and I didn't have to lose usage of it while they had it. These guys seem to fo good work and get it done in an appropriate time frame. They called when complete and I made payment arrangements. When I got back to town, I walked in the door and they handed me my key. The old story of a place knowing your name is real. I trust the guys at this place and will continue to go back.

Im lucky to have such a great shop so close to my house. Best experience with a service shop I've had in my life. Been here many times for a variety of issues some tire, some mechanical. Trustworthy, Honest, great service, friendly and good prices. They do what's needed and don't inflate the work. I'll be doing business with them as long as they are here and stay top notch.

Not Pleased. I had 4 new tires installed on my sister in laws van out of town. I have been doing tire business for 20 years at the same location. They informed me that the tie rod ends were sloppy and sway bar bushings badly worn. They would not align because of the problems. She needed the van for several days and I would have it repaired in Halls where she lives. Friday am, I went to Halls service center for a quote. Lady was very nice and stated someone would call me later in the day. I called at 4:00 and was told someone would be in touch before close. No reply back. Closed sat and Sunday. Monday am I waited until mid morning, no contact. I went there in person and asked the lady about the Quote. She directed me to a guy behind the counter. He abruptly stated that he had parts pricing but not labor. I stated that I was over it and to forget about completing the quote, I was going elsewhere. He stated firmly that's fine. I took a good look around because I will not be going back.

Tennessee is awesome in many ways but absolutely blows in others. Noone is opened on Sundays. The only 2 days I have to get things done is the weekend and nothing is ever opened. I need tires and rims for my mower. What about all the small business. No one wants to work this country is falling apart. It's pathetic
