This has become the only shop I’ll take my family’s vehicles to for maintenance. IME they’re knowledgeable without overselling. Prices for service are reasonable. Actual experiences have been excellent. Simple math says that if a shop is “average” at what they do and charge an “average” shop rate, that’s fair. But to be “excellent” at what they do while still charging an “average” rate, that’s a win, every time. Easy choice. Come see these guys for your vehicle services. You won’t be disappointed.

Very good experience, the prices may seem high but they stand by their repairs. Warranty is 3 years. I took my auto in for a seemingly unrelated repair, apparently the part installed last time was faulty, they took ownership and installed a new part, fixed my secondary problem and I walked out free and clear. They communicate clearly send text updates with pictures and are able to give you same day service.

Almost 10 years my wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to Hal’s and I won’t change that for another 10! They make us feel comfortable and explain everything they are doing and why. Hals has always had the best and honest price and they work fast! They support their community and we support them.

Guy i talked to on the phone was friendly enough i guess. Their own website says they work on Jaguars but then was told over the phone that they cannot. Might want to update the website so you dont waste people’s time. Screenshot proof

Honest, fast, and friendly! My AC went out and after the inspection, I authorized the replacement of two parts. After they replaced the first part they checked it and my AC was working. The second part didn't need replacing. I would have never known. So grateful to have an honest repair shop!

Second trip for me to Hal's auto. 1st was to have the dash removed to have a heater core , evaporator core, and actuators replaced. The second visit was to have a complete dash replacement on a 22 year old truck. Extremely happy with their service. Their guys know exactly what they're doing. The best!

My experience at Hal’s was wonderful! I dealt mostly with Darren(sp?) was great. When I dealt with others they were great too. I was always treated with respect and the necessary information regarding my car. I would highly recommend Hal’s Auto Care. I would have given them 5 stars(lol) if they told me they could repair my 2002 Firebird for $2,000.00 instead of having no choice but to tell me the car needs a new engine had to quote me a crazy price. I will recommend Hal’s to friends, relatives and acquaintances that have car issues, Jerry Stierch

My old Subaru was due for servicing, and in addition it had a couple of minor issues that I hoped wouldn't become major. A neighbor recommended Hal's, where they'd been going for years, and when I called for an appointment, they said I could come in any time. I drove over that afternoon, and they said they could do the oil change and a general inspection right away. So I waited in their comfortable waiting room, and in less than an hour they were done. They didn't find any unexpected issues, but clearly explained what they'd done, gave me a few recommendations, and charged me quite a bit less than I'd expected. I'll be back :)

Darren is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Took my truck in to diagnose front end noise and was given a reasonable quote for the work. Plus, I was given the option to improve the parts so that the ball joints could be greased in the future. I am very happy with the work that was done!

They are great! They do a great job on your car and have good customer service. In fact on car repair took serval hours so they dropped us home and picked us backed up when it was done. Who does that?

My old go-to auto place closed. I was sent a mailer for Hal’s and then looked online at the reviews. I was sold! I set up a quick online oil change appointment for the next day. They were quick and efficient and gave me a no-pressure free inspection for what to look out for in the future. Didn’t try to upsell me. Will be back often. This is my new place!

They installed the motor in my 66 mustang. The price was kind of high but they do good work.
