I am very dissatisfied with your service department. I feel like you are not honest with the customer and I had to speak with a higher level manager to express my concerns. This is not the first time I had a problem, but this time I called ahead to confirm how much I was going to pay for the service when I heard the price I was happy. However, when I checked in my vehicle I was quoted about $100.00 over. I told them I was fortunate to have recorded the conversation and would gladly share the call with whoever was willing to listen and validate my complaint. I think service management are helpful but Craig M. did not help at all. Instead he tried putting the blame on me stating I didn’t explain the issue clearly. But I did! When I called I stated that I need my key fob replaced, repaired or refurbished. I was asked if I have the blade, I said yes and was quoted with a veteran discount. The first issue had to do with a malfunction that just so happened to fail right after warranty ran out. I did bring this up a few times during the warranty but was told no errors. The CarPlay is no longer working and they want to charge me thousands of dollars. Horrible experience. The photo shows what I needed.

I didn’t buy my car at Hamilton Honda however, the dealer I bought it from said I could take my car to any Honda dealer and they will service me with top priority. I made an appointment for an oil change and drop the car off half an hour before (was told it would be 2-3 hrs). I didn’t want to wait so I took and Uber home. I got a video text an hour and a half after where the technician had my car on the lift he said I would be notified when the car was completed. After 3.5 hours I called service. Get the standard message “we are experiencing a heavier than expected, call volume”. I waited and called every half hour until before they closed. Had to have my car so Uber over and got there 5 mins before they closed. Service was deserted. Found the cashier and she tells me the last 4 hours of the day, no one man’s the phones because they’re short staffed. Ummm, have they ever heard of CALL FORWARDING?!?! Completely unreasonable and shoddy customer service! If you’re going to go to Hamilton Honda for service just know that this is something you might experience as well.

Pretty much what you would expect from a service dept that can’t keep up with the demand of free “set for life” oil changes. Super long waiting times. Ridiculous online appt scheduler that is at least a month out on appts. Every time you go in is an opportunity for the service advisor to upsell you on overpriced services your car doesn’t need. That’s because they work on commission. If you ask a question they’ll give you a blank stare or ignore you. The only advisor I would trust there is Andrei.

The online system is the worst, the available times are rediculous and they never answer the phone or respond to voice mails. Sorry I bought one of my hondas there. Glad I bought the other at Burns, because Hamiltons selection is crap! DO NOT GO THERE IF THIS IS THE LAST DEALERSHIP ON EARTH!

The two ladies working as cashiers on 12/28/24 were rude and unwelcoming. One of them was scrolling on her phone and rolled her eyes at me when I approached to pay, very unprofessional.

I always have a great experience at the Hamilton Honda service department, especially with service rep Michael Perri, who has managed my service several times now. From major work to regular maintenance checks and oil changes, Michael is always pleasant, great with communication and ready to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Hamilton Honda and Michael to any friend or family looking for responsive and reliable vehicle service!

I brought my car in with the well-known Honda “sticky steering” problem (it is all over the internet and the Dept. of Transportation has logged thousands of incidents). The car felt unsafe to drive. I came with DOT records and a Technical Service Bulletin about the problem. The service advisor said he had never heard of this (sure!), and gave me back the paperwork I had given him. He said they would have to try to duplicate the problem themselves, and seemed skeptical. Only when he entered the VIN and saw there was a recent recall for this problem did he say that they would perform the fix. When he told me the car was ready (the next day), he said they had test driven it to be sure it was okay. The odometer showed barely 1 mile more than when I brought it in, so there was no way a test drive could have really been performed (the problem I had described took place at highway speeds…one mile of driving wouldn’t even reach a highway, much less enable an evaluation of the fix). When I picked up the car, there was a dirty paper floor mat and what seemed like grease on the steering wheel. I gave 3 stars because the work was done, and my own test drive seemed to show the car was working okay. But I can’t say I was all that pleased..

I have been going to Hamilton Honda service centers for years now and always had the best experience. Their service advisor Mike Perri is extremely helpful and very friendly professional. His service, follow up and advise is top notch. Despite of having multiple options in the area for car servicing, I always chose to visit Hamilton Honda because of their employees like Mike. The facility is neat and the entire staff is always ready to help. Highly recommend for your servicing and sales need.
