I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, so the honesty and integrity of the Hamilton Tire and Car Care Center was greatly appreciated. Kudos to Mike for transforming a difficult situation into a happy ending. I am eternally grateful for the time, patience, understanding and support that I have received. Thank you all!

Price was way better than Bob Davidson Ford for same work! Front brakes rotors and rear caliper I saved $800!

Mike and Kaelah are always courteous and professional. It’s always a great experience at Hamilton Tire and Car Care. Service is excellent as well. Including the inspection done at every service which helps with preventive maintenance. 5🌟

Quick service, friendly staff, quality work. Mike and Rachel are the best. They really go above and beyond to satisfy customers. Often, service costs less then expected, but the quality is still top notch.

Quick friendly service. They do really good service on both new tires and when patches are needed. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 is they always forget to put my tires pressure caps on 😂

Had a car emergency, and the guys worked quick. They were closing in about an hour and still took my car in for service and had it ready before they closed. Inexpensive prices. Me and my husband always bring our vehicles in. Front brake issues

Love Hamilton tire. The thing I love most is I ask for what I need and there's no strong arm upsale pressure. They will give you recommendations on their findings but never pressured to get it done on the spot. I've only taken my truck to one other location because of an unbeatable tire sale. But I left that "National Tire B__" chain feeling like they didn't care for me or my vehicle they had my truck for over 8 hours for tires and then said they couldn't balance them properly on their machine. So lesson learned Hamilton tire will be my only go to place.

Walked into Hamilton Tires (Harford Rd) on February 5th 2023 to price tires for my 2011 Ford Hybrid. I was working with a certain amount and didn’t think I had enough for 4 new tires. Mr. Mike (Store Manager) gave me the sales price on Kelly Tires (All Season) & told me he could have my tires on in 1 hour. I was $72 short of the total price but Mr. Mike gave me a pass. One hour later, I had 4 brand new tires w/ 5 year warranty. Consider me a satisfied customer!

Each time I come to Hamilton Tire & Car Center the services rendered are exceptional. Starting with the manager Mr. Michael Winer who is always professional, efficient & courteous. He does his due diligence in terms of making sure my vehicle is adequately serviced. Kudos to Mr. Winer & his staff as they exemplify customer service at its finest.

I am so glad I found Hamilton Tire and Auto care! It may be hard to know who to trust with my car and they have been honest, reliable and fairly priced. Some shops refuse to work on my Tesla, even when I explain they are normal tires, so having Hamilton tire and auto is wonderful.
