They looked at my vehicle right away, did not try to sell me products I didn’t need, gave me a fair price and quick service for 2 new tires. I will absolutely be coming back here and will recommend to others.

Bad experience. Dishonest people. Rude front desk person. Avoid this place. They will disappoint you. Please viewers all over the world, avoid this place they are evil. They will take your money. And i had a flat tire today after yesterday's visit. The God of Elijah is greater than them and they will surely get their reward. I love when the mechanic come get me and show the problem they find. I can be talking about another problem and they be right on point what’s the best thing is. And then they all be trying to work with me to make sure my car is running right, i appreciate them for all they do. Thank you very much.

Very attentive, helpful, and fair. Unlike the franchise/chain stores where you feel like you're handing them a blank check, and unlike dealers with their you-need-us-we-don't-need-you attitude, Hamilton Tire has been a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. Every time I have even a small problem, I can be seen on short notice and have it taken care of.

I bought my tires here and couldn’t be more pleased with the lifetime warranty and great customer service. After over a year I developed a slow leak and they repaired it free of charge while I waited. Very happy with the whole experience!

These mechanics are so trustworthy and honest, plus they are very kind and try to be as accommodating as they can within all reasonable expectations. As a woman as well as someone who is not a mechanical expert (but who has enough understanding to know when I'm being lied to and misled) this really matters. On top of knowing I can trust them, they complete the needed work quickly and very professionally with clear, open communication. I've taken my suv in several times for larger work and standard maintenance and I have NEVER had to call them to check on progress. They have always kept me up to date. Plus they always have good deals and coupons for standard things like oip changes, brakes, etc. But even without the deals, the work is fairly priced! I won't take my suv anywhere else anymore.

I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, so the honesty and integrity of the Hamilton Tire and Car Care Center was greatly appreciated. Quick friendly service. They do really good service on both new tires and when patches are needed. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 is they always forget to put my tires pressure caps on 😂

Love Hamilton tire. The thing I love most is I ask for what I need and there's no strong arm upsale pressure. They will give you recommendations on their findings but never pressured to get it done on the spot. I've only taken my truck to one other location because of an unbeatable tire sale. But I left that "National Tire B__" chain feeling like they didn't care for me or my vehicle they had my truck for over 8 hours for tires and then said they couldn't balance them properly on their machine. So lesson learned Hamilton tire will be my only go to place.

Walked into Hamilton Tires (Harford Rd) on February 5th 2023 to price tires for my 2011 Ford Hybrid. I was working with a certain amount and didn’t think I had enough for 4 new tires. Mr. Mike (Store Manager) gave me the sales price on Kelly Tires (All Season) & told me he could have my tires on in 1 hour. I was $72 short of the total price but Mr. Mike gave me a pass. One hour later, I had 4 brand new tires w/ 5 year warranty. Consider me a satisfied customer!
