Caught a nail in my tire driving into Downtown for an important meeting. Pulled off I-30 looking for a shop, and this crew quickly repaired the tire within 15-30 minutes (even with a few cars in front of me). I was even able to make it to the meeting in time still, thanks to these guys! 5/5 stars!

Quoted $140 to mount 4 tires that I brought with me. Insane gouging. My normal tire shop charge $60, but hey it's Sunday guess they feel the need to rip people off. The world is upside down.

Went in to get a used tire was quoted $50, the technician said i had a small dent on my rim and he would charge me an additional $40 to fix this. When he charged me he insisted I use cash but I told him I only had card. He then said he would charge me for the tire $50 and that he would tip himself $40 on it. The whole situation was very sketchy and the "fix" on my rim did not even hold up through the next day. Have called for a refund but cannot get a hold of anyone. After years of being a costumer I will not be coming here again, the entire situation was very uncomfortable.

Homeboy tried to get over!!! Obviously my visit was to get a quick and cheap tire. One of the guys approached and I tell him what I need. He said " I'm not trying to HUSTLE you or anything like that" and gives me a quote of $65 for a USED tire. Keep in mind I've been here before and never paid more than $45. So the look on my face must have shown that I was questioning the quote. He asks did I have another price in mind. I give him what I thought was fair no more than $50. He steps away to talk to another guy and he comes back to me and said $55, so I'm like okay. As I'm checking out I noticed the the guy ran my card for $15. I signed that receipt so quick and got the hell out of Dodge, in my Dodge, lol!!! Perfect example of when trying to HUSTLE your patrons goes wrong!!!

Hamms's has been here decades. Longer wait now, looked like needed more workers. The employee that fixed my flat was being over- worked but got job done. I've been going to this location for decades, and it always gets the job done fast and right! There may be a long line but it's only because they do great work and stay open later than most places. Not only do they repair flats and sell used tires but they have great deals on new tires with fast installation. DO NOT go across the street! I found out the hard way once, only because they didn't have a line..now I know why! Hamm's Tires has been here since I first got my driver's license in 1992, and I know that had been around before then! Conveniently located off I30 and Carrol in beautiful East Dallas!

Fixed my tire issue in 10 mins and I was charged only 12 bucks for a patch being applied. Please tip the workers well. They take care of you like the pros they are.

Had 2 front tires replaced for $145 each, within 1hr of driving on the highway, the front left tire exploded which almost caused a major collision on the highway with oncoming traffic. Had to get a tow company to tow my car which cost $260. Spoke with management about my incident, the manager states he could fix my tire if I bring my car back to the shop. I live in fort worth so to get a tow company to take my car to there shop would be costly. I asked the manager if he could reimburse me for the tire that was exploded, he said no because it was most likely my fault, stating that I was possible in a mvc, or ran over something. This was terrible and unprofessional service by the young man and the manager.

I just drove all the way to East Dallas to get my tire checked because the air in my tire keeps going down. I told the guy I think there’s a screw or nail in my tire. He said I’ll charge you $15 just to check it. I had to come to another tire shop and they told me I do have a screw in my tire Hamms is full of crap. Don’t go there

The service here is amazing. My first time getting service here and every customer left with a smile on their face with big thank you’s. I had more things wrong with my car that I didn’t know of and as a single mother, I actually didn’t feel ripped . I feel safe now that I can count on Hamms. Thank you Sam😇

If I could give negative stars I would!!! I had a blowout on Interstate 30, the man answering the phone was rude and would NOT allow me to ask a question before hanging up on me 3 different times!!! They missed out on selling a full set of tires!!

Worst tire place I have been to. They gave me a bad tire, and when I came back for them to fix or replace it they said I had to pay for a new tire. Scammers to the max.

$40 for two nails. One in the front and one in the rear. OUTRAGES!! I have always recommended Hamms, but that will not be the case anymore. No la recomiendo. Precios elevados $40 por dos clavos.

My personal experience, I brought used tires from this place and they were decent. I’ve gotten nails taken out of my tire. It was relatively decent price $15. However, I don’t recommend using your bank card because they Made three additional charges on my card. When I talked to the guy who is supposed to be in charge, he brushed me off and then told me to get away because if I’m thinking that they are Being fraudulent towards me that I need to get! I have not received the three transactions that was taken from my account yet waiting on my bank to dispute. That doesn’t mean I am going to get my money back!!! so, I recommend Cash.

Stopped by today to get my rear wheels swapped out. I met four guys there and they were all great! They got the job done very quickly and gave me an incredible price. I definitely recommend them and I will be going back to get my next set of tires with Hamm's. Thanks guys
