Had my daughter bring her car here for a simple oil change. Went to change her oil myself, and the drain plug was swapped out for something else. It was torqued on so tight it could not be removed normally. Took it to another mechanic, and they said it almost destroyed her oil pan, which would have been a costly repair. If I could give a negative rating I would.....

When you find an honest mechanic that communicates directly hold on to them. Changed my knock sensor on the spot with no bs and showed what else was wrong even when the car scanner couldn’t find the error Get price and amazing service. I’ll bring all my vehicles here now

I have a 2010 Ford Transit Connect that needed new front wheel bearings. The price they quoted me was so reasonable I had them replace my front brake pads as well. I took my van to them in the morning and it was ready early the same afternoon. Being relatively new to LA, I feel lucky to have found a dependable service garage close to me.

While my mom always would come here, today i'm leaving a review moreso for awareness than anything. 8 months ago she got an oil change here, as she always would come here for her oil changes. This time, they seem to have reused a crush washer for the oil drain bolt, leading the oil to leak slowly over some time. I checked her dipstick oil today and there was NO OIL ON THE DIPSTICK, not even the TIP of the dipstick. Careless mechanics here.

Got an oil change here this morning. They were quick, friendly, efficient, and charged a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back! Edit: went back 5 months later and was charged +$30 more for an oil change than the first visit. The guy claimed inflation and started talking badly about nearby auto shops. Not a great experience.

This is the best mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. They don’t try to upsell you, they work super fast, are very hard working and super nice. As a woman coming to a mechanic I felt safe and respected. Definitely recommend hana. 🤍

They were not friendly and kept irritating customers with the excuse of being busy. I then requested a simple oil change and prepared my own engine oil, but they charged me $95.

엔진오일 $ 100 Engine oil change $ 100 이곳에 혹시 엔진오일이라도 교환하시려는분들 절대 가지마시고 그냥 딜러에 가는게 더 싸고 좋아요 엔진오일만 교환하고 $ 100 CHARGED 뭐가 틀려서 얼마나 좋은 엔진오일을 쓰는것도 아니고 다른 리필서비스나 첵업 서비스를 해주는것도 아니고 너무 황당하네요

오일 체인지 했는데 가격은 다른곳에 비해 약간 비쌌지만 서비스 에 만족했다. 충분히 자동차에 대해서꼼꼼히 싶펴보았고, 엔진 필터도교환했다. 오일교환후 자동차 운전이 훨씬 편해졌고 어쩐지 자동차가 전체적으로 편한 승차감과 잘 정비 되었다는느낌이왔고 타이어 공기압도 적절히 유지되었다 전체적으로 믿고 갈만한 정비소라고 생각되고 친구나 가족에 추천한다

Heedo is the best. I trust their work and have been taking my car to Hana for over 15 years. They have done work on the following cars from me: 2012 Honda accord, 2013 Mercedes GLK 350, 2004 BMW 530i, 2014 BMW X3 xDrive35i. They work fast and deliver quality service. Highly recommend.
