Avoid this place unless you’re only looking for a basic oil change. I went in because I was having issues with my car's door lock, and despite being second in line, they refused to even check my car. They told me it would take too much time and research compared to others who only needed oil changes. I was essentially told, 'You're out of luck,' and advised to call another time when they might have a mechanic available. If you need actual auto repair services, this is not the place to go—it's more of an oil change-only shop.

별 한개도 아까운 곳입니다.처음에는 괜찮았는데 초심을 잃어버렸습니다. 브레이크가 좀 이상한거 같아서 브레이크 검사 받으러 갔는데 브레이크 패드하고 디스크까지 갈아야 한다고 500블 정도를 요구 했습니다. 하지만 저는 그곳에서 9개월전에 이미 패드하고 디스크를 여기서 갈았습니다. 이것을 이야기하니 하니 그것은 자기 알바 아니고 지금 패드하고 디스크를 갈지 않으면 갤런티를 못한다고 저한테 협박 비슷하게 했습니다. 도대체 무엇을 갤러티 하느지... 그럼 9개월전에 패드 교체한것은 왜 갤러티 못하는건지 참나. 하도 이상해서 다른 곳에 와서 검사하니 브레이크 패드 아무이상 없고 아직도 50%나 남았다고 합니다. 완전 사기꾼 같아요. 절대 가지 마세요

Previously, this place was very advantageous in terms of price-performance. However, now it has no advantage left; every time I go for an oil change, I encounter a higher price. Additionally, they use only one brand of oil, and its quality is questionable. In my personal opinion, I recommend buying high-quality oil (such as Castrol, Mobil, etc.) from places like "AUTOZONE" and having it changed at any mechanic. At least this way, you know what oil is being put in your car. I can say with 100% certainty that you end up with better quality oil at a more reasonable price Their communication is good, but all service prices are very expensive.

Eventhough they were very busy with lots of customers, the manager Jay and the owner were very kind. I love their honesty when it comes to price. No wonder their business is thriving. Will bring my other car to have oil change.

Needed to replace my oil temp sensor and an oil change. I already researched and knew the estimate so Needed an honest shop. Asked my church members and Hans was recommended. Manager J was awesome from the first phone call and hes customer service was excellent on our visit. Guys got an attitude that makes you want to have some chimak with him lol. The owner was very nice too and gave me a fair price and quality work. My family will be going here for our oil changes and car needs from now on. Good business like this needs to be supported.

This is the first time in my 25 years of living in LA that I have found such an honest repair shop in LA. When I introduce my friends they always thank me for introducing them to a good repair shop. They are good things always nice to service and honest!! 👍

Don’t hesitate! Excellent service. Impressive service. Greeted at the entrance, asked what I needed (nail in tire), pulled a sign from his organized sorter of signs to put on my car. Directed me where to park, said 10 mins and bam, 10 mins it was. So glad I found them. Cars are neatly organized for service and it’s clean too. $15 repair. 15 mins in and out.

I've been to Han's on two occasions. The first time when I thought my gas tank was leaking. They looked at it and walked me under it to show me why they didn't see evidence that it was leaking. I can't remember his name, but he was an older gentleman. He said, "I could take everything out of it to be 100% sure but that would cost you $360 and I don't believe it's necessary." He gave me instructions to do something else and I never had any other issues. The second time was this past week when my brakes were grinding. I spoke to J. who brought me over to the car itself to show and explain to me why I needed brake pads, rotor and a caliper. I was able to make videos of him explaining and send them to my dad out of state and he felt comfortable that I was in good hands. When the new parts arrived, he even showed me what the new parts looked like and how they functioned vs what my part looked like. Very logical, reasonable. They seem honest and trustworthy and they're also extremely fast. I came unannounced at 1pm and I was gone by 4pm. I'll go back.

I love taking my vehicle there to get serviced. The owner is very honest and prices are reasonable and not too expensive. I like how efficient and super nice to their customers on arrival. Ever since he relocated his shop it's way better in my opinion. They have more space and are busier than ever. If your car needs some fixing take it to them. He never disappoints with their hard work.

You’ve been warned. If you do NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS do NOT COME HERE!!! They rip you off BIG TIME. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING anywhere. They do not know how to do anything!!!! They will charge you X amount of money if you do not have any knowledge in cars. I WILL REPORT TO THIS PLACE AND TELL MY PEERS NOT TO COME HERE. SO HORRIBLE!! This is the worst place!!
