This is an updated review. I find working with Hans to be hands down the best experience. Back when my car was only a few years old I had the windshield replaced and the place I used put in the wrong windshield. How do I know? Because my. Rearview mirror NEVER fit on properly again! Fast-forward to recently I brought it up to my service manager and he checked it out, priced for a new windshield and suddenly I have a rear view mirror again! They were super efficient and got the car done before we expected! I cannot praise them enough!

I am so pleased with my car repair. They were so very professional and nice to work with. They went out of their way to make everything perfect. Last year I paid Christian Brothers to fix this same problem and needless to say they did not fix it. Now thanks to Han’s it is finally fixed!

Update: It's been a week, and I finally have my Mercedes back. They ended up sending it to a body shop. They completely repaired the minor body damage and it looks just as good as the day I brought it to Hans Wittler. Obviously I'm not thrilled with having to go through this experience, but I also understand that things happen. This shop did everything in their power to make it right. I will continue to use HW for my repairs. Original post: My experience with this shop started out great. Good communication with a full explanation on repairs. What was supposed to take one day ended up taking four, apparently due to an issue they discovered with a caliper. 4 days later when they were supposed to return my car, they accidentally hit the building with a Mercedes I've only had for 3 months!!!! I am beyond frustrated! This will now diminish the value of my Mercedes and I have no recourse. I don't even know what else I can add to this review because I am so pissed right now!

All the employees are fantastic!!!!! I’ve had no problem with them. If I don’t understand, I pass it on to my husband . The quality of work that they do at this shop is amazing… I will always recommend Hens Wittler’s Automotive.

The staff at Hans Wittler's Automotive is knowledgeable and efficient. This shop was recommended to me after another repair shop damaged my Mini Cooper attempting to repair it. I have used Hans Wittler several times and the work is always done on time. They are excellent at communicating the nature of the work to be done. Unlike many repair shops, Hans Wittler does not recommend unnecessary work. I recommend this business for your vehicle repair needs.

Very friendly, helpful and honest. Quick work and reasonable as far as price. They could have done alot more work to charge me more money and i would have never known the difference, but instead they saved me money. Very pleased!

From the moment I got there, the Auto Technicians were very helpful. This is the best customer service I have received in an auto shop. I felt welcomed, and the technicians included me in every decision. I appreciated their communication and their honesty. Also, upon picking up my car, the technician explained every charge to me and took the time to ensure that I fully understood every repair. I could not have taken my car to a better place. I had a really great experience w this shop. I felt my car was really well taken care of. My car is by no means a luxury vehicle, it’s a 2004 Jetta Wagon but I trusted them to fix my timing belt and did a diagnostic. Thankfully that let me know what needed to be fixed so I could have my bf fix most of it. My car now runs smoothly w its new timing belt 🖤 Oh! They also report straight to carfax so you are able to easily keep track of your repairs which gives my ADHD brain a ton of peace of mind.

I’ve never had a problem with the work done by Wittlers Auto in the nearly 40 years I’ve gone there. If Wittlers only worked on Yugos, I guess I’d have to drive a Yugo.

Will, Bryan, & Zac were absolutely amazing!!! Got my car in fast and fixed it with the utmost efficiency(it had semi-serious to serious issues), I seriously think my car is running better than when I bought it!! Damn, looks like they washed it too lol I appreciate you guys 🙏 Not taking my car anywhere else that's for sure!!
