I’ve never had a problem with the work done by Wittlers Auto in the nearly 40 years I’ve gone there. If Wittlers only worked on Yugos, I guess I’d have to drive a Yugo.

I always get my oil changed at Valvoline. Each time for the past three years I go they send me a picture of the underneath of my car which is covered in Green yuck. They tell me that something is leaking and I need to get it fixed. I went to Christian auto and paid a lot of money for them to fix it. A few months later when I went to get my oil changed, they sent me the same picture of Green guck so it was not fixed. 2 months ago I went to Hans! Yesterday I got my oil changed and they sent me a picture of the underneath of my car, which was sparkling clean. It meant so much to me that Hans actually did what they said and fixed it. I love those guys. Honest and knowledgeable and great guys.

I am disappointed with Hans Whittler"s Automotive. They wanted $678.00 just to look at my older German made vehicle. When talking on the phone the quote was "a couple of hundred dollars" for the "inspection". This price did not include any work, just inspection. I can not in good conscious recommend them.

William and company are some of the best, most knowledgeable German auto techs in town. No nonsense, no upselling. I plan on doing all of my Tiguan's maintenance and repairs at Hans Wittler exclusively.

This is an updated review. I find working with Hans to be hands down the best experience. Back when my car was only a few years old I had the windshield replaced and the place I used put in the wrong windshield. How do I know? Because my. Rearview mirror NEVER fit on properly again! Fast-forward to recently I brought it up to my service manager and he checked it out, priced for a new windshield and suddenly I have a rear view mirror again! They were super efficient and got the car done before we expected! I cannot praise them enough!

Update: It's been a week, and I finally have my Mercedes back. They ended up sending it to a body shop. They completely repaired the minor body damage and it looks just as good as the day I brought it to Hans Wittler. Obviously I'm not thrilled with having to go through this experience, but I also understand that things happen. This shop did everything in their power to make it right. I will continue to use HW for my repairs. Original post: My experience with this shop started out great. Good communication with a full explanation on repairs. What was supposed to take one day ended up taking four, apparently due to an issue they discovered with a caliper. 4 days later when they were supposed to return my car, they accidentally hit the building with a Mercedes I've only had for 3 months!!!! I am beyond frustrated! This will now diminish the value of my Mercedes and I have no recourse. I don't even know what else I can add to this review because I am so pissed right now!

The staff at Hans Wittler's Automotive is knowledgeable and efficient. This shop was recommended to me after another repair shop damaged my Mini Cooper attempting to repair it. I have used Hans Wittler several times and the work is always done on time. They are excellent at communicating the nature of the work to be done. Unlike many repair shops, Hans Wittler does not recommend unnecessary work. I recommend this business for your vehicle repair needs.

Very friendly, helpful and honest. Quick work and reasonable as far as price. They could have done alot more work to charge me more money and i would have never known the difference, but instead they saved me money. Very pleased!

I had a really great experience w this shop. I felt my car was really well taken care of. My car is by no means a luxury vehicle, it’s a 2004 Jetta Wagon but I trusted them to fix my timing belt and did a diagnostic. Thankfully that let me know what needed to be fixed so I could have my bf fix most of it. My car now runs smoothly w its new timing belt 🖤 Oh! They also report straight to carfax so you are able to easily keep track of your repairs which gives my ADHD brain a ton of peace of mind.

The service manager and parts manager take the time to explain everything in a manner that I can understand. It's a pleasure to bring our vehicles in for servicing.
