Hansel is great and honest. He diagnosed our issues when 2 other companies missed it and if we had followed their recommendations we would have been out 35k. If you need work on yor HDT or trailer give Hansel a call.

Hansel gave us an amazing experience how everyone should have, he took the time to explain the options with the pricing up front and then he explained throughout the repair process what was the issue backed up by photos of what he was doing. Like the NBA in NFL. If there was a draft for truck repairman they would be the number one pick in the draft. He was on time. And even though he came for one issue that I had. He also found and told me about other issues. In the future no one else will be touching my truck. Thank you so much.

The last thing you want to do when traveling is have a problem BUT I welcome problems if Hansel's is going to do the fix. The BEST mechanic hands down. Reasonable pricing, reliable time frame. Hansel has years of experience when it comes to diesels. Highly recommend for any emergency or even regular maintenance service. He comes to you. Hansel really a responsible person, take around 45 mins to arrive weight station. And tighten the suspension, he will wait until everything all set then left. Good service and really take patience for everything!

Hansel rescued us and our RV outside of Beatty, NV. Super nice guy, came out of Las Vegas early in the morning, diagnosed the issue (radiator fan locked up), helped us find a replacement part, we shipped it to his house overnight, and he came back to us (2 hr drive each way) with the part, got it on, worked perfectly! Very fair pricing, could not be happier!!!!

outstanding job I call for Road Service. He answered right away. He had the parts I needed in stock didn’t hesitate gave me an ETA and Got me back on the road in two hours. Good price good service I recommend.
