Just came in for an alignment, but they did a 29 point inspection just to let me know what's up. There were a couple recommendations, but overall, "the car looks really good!" (When was the last time a mechanic said that to you?) The mechanic talked nice to my car while he was working on her and there's coffee in the waiting room. What more could you ask for?

Wouldn’t go back to be honest. Took hours to communicate after they were finished, had to call for an update. Spent 1200 for a power steering hose and it sounds 10x worse than before (not holding enough pressure) and never called back to fix it because of their seemingly incompetence. Luckily no leaks, but it sounds terrible, and a new clicking sound when turning sharply. Not sure I would trust these guys for future repairs over someone like Berg and High Canyon. Seems like they like to do the bare minimum with aftermarket parts. They DID do an inspection for free and seemed to tighten my VCG bolts instead of charging me, but also told me that needed to be replaced. I would suggest doing some research before coming here more for OEM parts instead of whatever these guys put in your car as replacements.

They definitely fixed the problem. It was the timing chain. They repair it a 100%. Haven't had a problem since that was 3 years ago. Car runs very smooth till this day.

Great experience. Very transparent about work you want done. They'll tell you the issues and what is a priority. You'll receive a text with a link listing those issues. You approve (or not) each specific item. Costs included so no surprises. The shop on N Washington St sits back between other businesses. It looks like a real mechanic's shop. Not all glossed up like the dealerships and some of these newer chain shops. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

DMG Auto in Denver. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my car, and the price was very reasonable. I was extremely happy with Brian and his team. I have a BMW X5 that blew a motor. He worked with my warranty company directly to get all the paperwork and approval completed. During the repair time, they were very communicative with updates and status. When I picked up my car, it was like having a brand new vehicle! We've been driving out for over 2 months now with zero issues. They also warranty their work. I. HIGHLY recommend these guys.

I had an excellent experience with the folks at German Imports Car Care. I brought in a ‘12 VW Passat with a ton of work to do and I was very happy with the level of communication and transparency about what was necessary to take care of. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

DMG has been our go to for vehicle repair for the past two years. They are fair with prices and do not try to get you to fix things that do not need fixing!

Do not go here!!! Especially if you have a nice car! I took my brand new Audi to this shop to get Interlock installed. When I took it to a different shop to get the interlock taken off, the mechanics were horrified and shocked at what they found. My panels had been stripped of the fasteners. The wires were not properly placed or tucked in such a way that every time I hit a pothole or opened and closed my driver's door, the wires were being stripped and damaged. I was one small bump away from my cars whole electrical system, shorting out. I am disgusted and appalled by this shops' laziness and lack of care. Especially on something that is supposed to be very simple. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES. Update: I did not say anything about "door" panels. The device is supposed to be in the steering column, then it goes into the engine. However they did not tuck the wires, or even place them correctly. Therefore they were being damaged by the door, bumps, and rubbing. To the point it almost totaled my vehicle electrically. I did not, and will not bring it back to your shop, because I legally had the device removed already. In the removal process, was when we found the damage, laziness, and abuse that had occurred during the installation. They also damaged panels that had nothing to do with the installation process, which I'm still not sure why they touched. Disgusting lack of care.

Even though the warranty repair was completed on the power steering pump the communication lagged I had to call more than several times to find out the status of my repair , and was given an estimate only at the time I picked up my car which I ended up paying.

I love their diagnostic service. They go through the car very thoroughly and document any work needing done with a description and photos that are available online and accessible through a texted link. They also mark what work needs doing asap, what can wait and the cost of each repair. They allow you to accept or decline repairs on the same link and get the work done quickly. I am very happy with my repairs and the staff is amazing. Would definitely recommend them for a positive experience all around.

Stay away- careless and sloppy! Had inspection done on a Boxster. Was told 'everything looks good'. I then pointed out not one, but two clearly leaking CV boots, to which they said 'well, I guess those are in fact leaking '. There was clearly another leak somewhere, with the answer being a story about sloppy oil changes being the reason. Another shop diagnosed both the CV boots and the other leak, which was determined to be transaxle seal. Lastly, an alignment was done here to fix a pull, after which they said 'drives completely straight'. Upon driving off their lot, the car clearly pulled into the ditch in just a couple seconds of hands off wheel. Again, another second shop determined a rear wheel being out of alignment due to this shop's sloppiness. A second alignment fixed the pull. Horrible work.

The guys were friendly and attentive. They made a couple of recommendations in addition to the work I wanted, but were not pushy about it. Did a great job and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back next time I need auto work.

Took my Jeep wrangler to get an engine tick repaired. 33 days later after receiving it twice with the check engine light going on they finally figured out the problem through their sister shop in Aurora, which they gave my Wrangler back with about 10 miles til empty. The owner Alan Propp doesn’t have your best interest and Wes doesn’t know what he is talking about, and can’t even count to ten using his fingers. There’s other shops better than DMG, and I don’t recommend the headache and money you will spend coming here.

Very happy with the repair performed. The only downfall was that grease left on my driver’s seat left by either the mechanic or tow truck driver but the tow truck driver did not appear to have any grease on his clothes when I saw him. I was able to scrub it out.
