I have been a customer of Harper’s Automotive Service for over 20 years. Quality work coupled with fair prices is what I have received. I trust Brian to identify problems and correct the problems. I never returned to his business to address a previous repair. I highly recommend his company.

Had another great experience. A significant repair was needed on my 2016 Subaru Forester. I dropped off in the morning and Brian contacted me frequently to update me on diagnosis and resolution of my car issues. The work was completed same day for a fair price. Excellent.

Bryan is a wonderful mechanic and I especially loves that he will walk you through a problem and show you the parts replaced. I appreciate it as someone who wrenches myself, but I don't always have the time or tools to do it myself. I send all my cars there and I tell everyone in my family that that this is the best shop in LA.

I have had work done at Harper's on several occasions! I am very pleased with the work done. I have had breaks & rotors done, tune up. Bryan (owner) does great work and is very honest and reasonable! The dealer wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for work that Bryan pointed out was not even necessary to do. He found a part under my hood that the dealership left just sitting there. I would highly recommend Harper's Automotive. A family member recommended them and our family and friends get our cars serviced with Bryan!

Needed front and back brakes and took my car in, he gave me a quote that was 1/2 of what Valvoline was trying to scam me for.Brian called me the next afternoon to let me know that car was ready and my final cost was less than the original quote. This is my third time getting my car serviced with him and I always feel that I can trust him and his work. Some shops prey on female customers, but here is one shop that gives consistent service to every customer.

My water pump was replaced, and the oil line was also replaced. The transmission had to be removed to fix the oil line and then replaced. This was a very intricate series of procedures. The car runs and operates smoothly. I feel confident in the skill, knowledge and experience of the team at Harper's. Brian, the owner, made sure that everything was done efficiently. The garage is clean and spotless. It's neat and there are only a specific number of cars there for repairs each day. So there's no wasted space or time.
