They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Over the years, I’ve gotten many tires from them, and every experience has been exceptional. Josh and his wife, April, are incredible people with genuine hearts. The family-friendly atmosphere they’ve created is something rare and special. I once had an emergency, and they stepped up, handling everything quickly and professionally when I needed it most. Their kindness and dedication mean the world to me. Thank you for your outstanding service—keep being amazing!

To start off I tend to like helping mom and pop shops but this place did not impress me at all. All I needed was 4 new tires mounted and balanced, called up and was quoted $50. Show up to have work done and they trying to put 3" long valve stems on because " that's all they had". I said no, they said they will have to go get regular size ones from the store, so I wait. They start to put new valve stems in and they are 1" long. Again no, I won't be able to put my air chuck on them to air them up, so again they had to go get new stems and i had to wait. After the 3rd time they were the correct size. They get all tires mounted but the way they balance tires is questionable. Not a machine, they do it by eye. Then I have to wait again for them to go get sticky weights to balance my tires. Really? They finally get done, I go to pay and they charged me $60, not the $50 I was quoted, so since you had to go buy items any normal shop has on hand I have to pay more. I paid the $60 and will never be back and I'm sure I will have to have all tires balanced again. NEVER again will I go to a mom and pop shop or Harris Tire for any tire work.

Helped us alot. We went for brake drums ended up needing shoes instead and they waited for us To go back and forth to parts store to do this they were very patient and helpful.

Great operation and great prices with very friendly and cool employees. It’s a family operation so it felt more like getting your car worked on at your brother in laws than it did some corporate garage-only faster and better lol. I drove off in less than an hour with 2 great tires and I’ll 100% be back for anything else that comes up.

Seriously the best customer service I've received in a long time. he had his guys stay late to change all 4 of my tires. Not once did anyone complain or make me feel like a problem for keeping them late on a hot Sunday. The service was fast, the tires were very affordable. I'll definitely recommend Harris tires in a heartbeat to all my family and friends and I'll be back to have some other work done. I appreciate them getting me on the road today

Got all 4 new tires and an alignment for a great price. Turns out one of my valve stems was leaking air and one of the new tires was flat. Without hesitation they stayed past closing hours and fixed it without charge. Everyone was very nice. This is the place to go.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and asked about swapping out my factory tires and wheels for some aftermarket wheels and tires I’d bought fully expecting it to be sometime later in the week but Josh said to come on in and he’d get me taken care of. I went in and they got me taken care of fast, I was in and out in an hour. All the guys were super friendly, cool and knew what they were doing. The owner, Josh even had his GSD Max hanging out in the shop and he was the friendliest and most awesome German Shepherd! I was also quoted $80 dollars for the job and then when I paid he only charged me $70. I highly recommend Josh and his staff if you need tires! I’ll most definitely send others to them and I’ll be back when I need anything done! Thanks Josh!

Good price to change tires, $15/tire, never been charged a "customer service" fee along with $5/tire for "tire waste removal"... It's just my opinion but I didn't get any further customer service than anywhere else and I can take my tires to a random dumpster. Interesting to get charged for these lol

On the last day of our trip to Wichita, our tire warning light came on and our tire was quickly loosing pressure. We needed to travel back home, 3 hours away and were effectively stranded unless we could find someone to help. We checked with 3 Firestones that would not squeeze us in even with our emergency circumstances. We called Harris Tires and they said they would work us in. The staff was super nice. They checked the tire, found a nail, and patched the hole. We were in and out in less than an hour for less than $20. We definitely recommend them!

Called to ask if they had my size tire and price. He said yes, $40.00 then I asked if they could check the tire pressure on my other 3... the tire ended up costing $59.00 and when I pd. the lady asked if a man to check it and I waited 20 for him to visit with coworkers ignoring my request. I ended up going to another tire shop. Don't recommend unless you like being ignored.

Best tire shop in town hands down! They got me BRAND NEW tires for my car for 200$ cheaper than any other place (got quotes from at least a dozen shops in town) I will come back and recommend this shop to others, don't waste your time and money elsewhere! The owner, Josh is a family man who provides top notch service at the best possible price, 4 tires in 30 minutes at an incredible price!

if I could've gave this zero stars I would have how are you gonna put some tires from 2009 nothing but dry rot and feel OK about selling that to somebody And charging them $200 this world is hard enough. You should be ashamed of yourselves good thing my 16-year-old didn't have an accident from your garbage tires. 😡😡😡

What a mess!! Two tires from this place in 48hrs. 1st one didn't even hold air, went back next day, these guys claimed they replaced with a "new" tire and the valve stem leaks. Getting a receipt from these folks was like pulling teeth. Can get a much better deal quality wise on tires with exceptional service on the corner of Harry and Hydraulic.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for these gentlemen. I had a flat tire and I called a couple tow truck companies that could not get my lug nuts off. Just when I was going to give up after sitting in my car for hours I gave Harris Tire a call and Josh came right away to help. I ended up having to go to his shop and the guys worked continuously to get me on my way! Thank you to ALL of you!!

#1 tire shop in Wichita!!! They are very knowledgeable about what they do. I feel very safe after having them sell me 2 used tires and put them on for me, and I never feel safe with used tires! When it comes to customer service....outstanding!! I was treated with care and respect, not just someone to make money from. They truly cared about my issue. They were attentive to me anytime I had a question. These guys are just wonderful, and I hear they are open on weekends!

I bought 2 tires for sixty dollars and one tire I bought was no good I never had on the vehicle and when I called to see about getting 30 dollars I paid back they say they guarantee up to 4 days where other places guarantee up to 30 days for a use tire .

Stopped in because my car was shaking from side to side, not sure of the problem. He came out, took a quick look, and told me it was my car, not the tire, and that I should see a mechanic. Took it to my mechanic, he told me it was a tire issue. It happened to be the exact tire he looked at. Long story short, my tread was separating from the tire, went to another tire shop and purchased new tires and an alignment.
