If there was a way to give them more then 5 stars, they would get 10. I was visiting family in the springs from out of state. We had an emergency mechanical failure on my vehicle and they were able to take me in at a moment's notice. The technicians were thorough and found the problem I was having with my power steering and were able to fix it. The next day as we were leaving we noticed a loud knocking sound from under the car (something to do with the suspension). We called Harry's back and they were able to bring my car in. As soon as they opened up. They spent several hours going over every inch of the car's suspension and even found another small leak and the power steering that they had not noticed before. They fixed that leak and checked everything from the strut, to the ball joint, to tie rods, bearing, control, arm, etc. They worked for hours on it and could not find the source of the knocking. They were able to guarantee me though that it would get me back home in one piece. They were thorough and explaining that they had checked every last nook and cranny of the suspension and all major components that were part of it. That gave a lot of Peace of mind. After finishing up getting the explanation, I handed the owner my credit card and just said put it on here. He refused to take payment because they could not diagnose the direct problem. I've never seen such a group of honest technicians in an honest business in all my life. If I have issues in the future I will definitely be heading to this business, even if I have to drive another 300 mi to get there. AAA++

After a poor experience with another mechanic in Colo Spgs, I went to Harry’s with some major mechanical issues on my son’s jeep. As it turned out, I needed a new engine and Harry and the whole team was forthcoming, in constant communication and genuinely worked to make it as cost effective as possible. An honest and reliable shop for all of your automotive needs. Every interaction I’ve had has been positive, even down to other customers in the shop being friendly, suggesting, that they know a good mechanic and are having a positive experience as well! There’s no reason to go anywhere else.

Came in and was immediately greeted with attitude from the lady at the front desk and it never stopped. Will not be doing business here at all due to that attitude. Lady is on a power trip and needs to be knocked down off her high horse. Harry's lost a customer today.

Lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Never taking my cars here again. If you want to be treated like a human being don't come here.

Love the techs here but the "management" at the front (namely the lady at the front desk walking around like she owns the place) makes this place very unwelcoming. Claims she's a veteran but treats other people including me being a veteran, like the dirt under her boots. Again the techs are great but if you want to be treated like an actual human being and not just dollar signs walking through the door, don't go here until she's fired.

My family used to bring all the cars here, lady at the front desk is power tripping over being manager and feels it's okay to treat customers as less than human. I will forever go somewhere else.

I wanted to like this place because Harry is a nice fella, however, I can't recommend this place. I bought a beater commuter and paid for the $100 inspection, saying I just wanted to be sure it was safe to drive and that my check engine light was on. What I didn't appreciate was that they said it would be an additional $135 to check the engine. When I called them back to ask why it was free to check it at other places, I was told "well we can do a basic check for free, but the advanced check was 135 which will give us a lot more information. "They should have told me up front. I went with the free inspection first. The inspection found all 4 brakes needed replacement due to rust, and I was quoted $952 for it. I took it to my mechanic buddy, and we went to install new pads and rotors. It turns out the front ones were actually fine! See photo for perfectly good pads. We just cleaned the rotors and they weren't pitted at all. Then I looked at all my paperwork, and they had just been replaced in 2021, so they definitely didn't need replacing. Rust does not automatically mean they need replacement. The rear ones did need replacing, and when we took the tire off, it turns out the rear caliper bolt was missing altogether, which they missed in the inspection. A missing rear caliper bolt can cause a catastrophic brake failure, and it's highly unlikely it just fell out in the 3 days since having the inspection. They said my alignment was fine, but the owner I purchased it from had suggested having it done, so I had it checked. It, too, was out and needed to be aligned. Harry seems like a nice guy, but I feel like I was trying to be taken advantage of and do not appreciate it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing. In an industry where costs can escalate, this mechanic kept it fair and transparent. The repairs were completed promptly, minimizing any inconvenience for my mother. The mechanic treated my mother with kindness and respect. As an elderly customer, she appreciated their patience and willingness to answer her questions. Cheron, the office manager went above and beyond to help my mother with answer all her questions and needs! Overall, we’re grateful for finding such a reliable mechanic. I do not do this very often. but in this case it is more than highly warranted. I want to extend my highest compliments to Harry's Automitive for the extremely honest and professional manner in which they handled my Ford truck. They were very friendly, very open and very transparent with their estimates and they accomplished all of the work in a timely fashion. They also truly stand behind their work 110% I appreciate their honesty and integtity. I will definitely return in future. Im glad I found Harry's. Had an issue with my car this morning and called to see if they had availability to check it out. Understandably since it’s the holidays, I was told they were fully booked but could look at it anyways. The car issue was resolved within 5 minutes and I was on my way. By far the best customer service I have ever received at any shop. My new go to for my car needs and highly recommend. Bob you’re the best! Merry Christmas!

I am a repeat customer of Harry's Automotive. As a disabled, single, senior woman, living on a very small Social Security check, and caring for my disabled daughter, I am extremely cautious where I take my car for repairs. Of course we all need to be able to trust that the mechanics who make repairs, or perform standard maintenance on our vehicles, will do the necessary work correctly, on time, and at a reasonable price. Harry understands this and has treated me honestly and fairly for the past two years. My car is 22 years old and has high mileage. Several other shops in the past have taken advantage of my situation and have done a poor job, at a rich price. However, Harry carefully inspects my car, gives me a prioritized list of repairs and breaks down the cost of each item on that list, and gets my consent before making the repairs. Harry and his Team have done a great job of helping to keep my car running safely and at a fair price. Harry's Automotive has been doing the same great work for my best friend's daughter, as well. I am pleased with the work Harry's Automotive has completed for me.

Spoke with "Bob" over the phone regarding a particular rotor problem known on certain Toyota vehicles. I learned the owner has a permanent repair,(has the same Vehicle platform) applying better rotors and specific pads. He uses the very combination on the Toyota vehicle he drives to work. Now the vehicle is now fixed worry free and the cost was less than most of competition. If you're Vehicle is not stopping right, try Harry's Automotive. They fix other problems too.

We make an appointment we leave they car te got us the estimate we explain that we have a budget and if we can start with the things that make my car not working we didi it and fix in 2 days However the highlight is the professionalism, the keeping us update and on the tops of our car situation Harry's call us all the time, We will definitely come back to finish everything but little by little according to our budget and they understood.
