Disappointed in the lack of follow up. Never received any call as to status of parts on order. I called several times and was told I would be called back. My car, ultimately, was never serviced.

My experience with Harvey's did not go well. I did not plan to do this, but I received a text message thanking me for choosing Harvey's and to leave a review. Not sure if that was on purpose or by accident, but here we are. I got into a rear-end collision at a traffic light by an impatient driver. After getting a quote from Harvey's, I settled with driver and paid $1,732.29 to Harvey's for parts and service. Two weeks later, I contacted Harvey's to get an update since no one decided to reach out to me. The Office Manager, Lili Iglesias, casually, tells me that they had no record of me prepaying $1,732.29 and asked for a receipt. Confused, shocked and upset, I ended the call to avoid an emotional outburst and continued our conversation via email. After emailing the receipt, I learned that my money was applied to someone else's account. Did they use my money to repair someone else's vehicle? Didn't ask, but I wondered. At that point, I wanted out. Any faith I had in their quality of service was gone. I requested my $1,732.29 back and was told that it would take 3-5 business days to receive. At the time of this review, it has been 8 business days...and counting.

Can not say enough good things about my experience with Harvey's Paint and Body. 5 star service. I had other people give me estimates for body work. Everyone else told me they would have to replace the bumper and charge me twice as much as Harvey's quoted me. They told I did not need a new bumper. They popped it back in place and repainted the scratch. Everyone else needed two weeks. Harvey's did the repair in four days. I CANT recommend them enough. So professional and easy!!!

I am very satisfied with the bodywork I had done at Harvey’s. They were very origanized and timely. I used my insurance and they made that process very easy for me. Special shout out to Tim who was my service advisor. Very nice guy and was super helpful. I would definitely recommend these folks and will use them in the future if I need work done (a.k.a Next time I tear up my car lol)

I recently had my car repaired at Harvey's Collision and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team did an exceptional job with the repairs--and even gave my car a wash after. Throughout the process, the service was friendly, professional, and highly communicative. My car ended up being finished ahead of schedule. Jordan, my service manager, went above and beyond to keep me updated at every step and made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you!

I recommend using Harvey’s Collision for auto body repairs. Tim Wright was great to work with. He kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and the repairs exceeded my expectations.

Half ass job & seriously lacking communication. There were delays from Harvey’s in sending supplemental info to my insurance as well to the rental company to the point that both companies were calling ME to get an update? No explanation behind delays in fixing my car (not a huge deal but would like to know if they’re waiting on parts etc especially as I was approaching my rental limit…? not my job to play phone tag everyday to figure it out.) Then after having my vehicle for 25 days, i’m asked to pay BEFORE seeing my car. I get to my car & notice the drivers side lock/unlock buttons don’t work. So… no one checked this? When you’ve had my car for almost a month? And you were literally fixing damage to the door? Awesome! They say they can fix it real quick. I wait. They bring the car out again & now the windows won’t roll up or down. Do better.

Years ago, I was a big fan of John Harvey as he was like Michaelangelo, lol. And, the new owner, JEREMY, does masterpiece "art work", too. I cannot say enough super things about him, his spectacular work and impeccable customer service!!! UPdate: My recent experiences with the amazing CHRIS CASTILLO and TIM WRIGHT are the BEST❗️🔝❗️ CHRIS is a shining light; he stands out with his most incredible customer service skills, professionalism, integrity and warmth. Harveys along with Chris the operations manager and Tim Write is the most trustworthy n talented group I've ever encountered! This group of guys have far exceeded my expectations and while I was outta town filming my network show I needed a favor therefore I asked Timm my point of contact and that dork came through with flying colors. Then upon my return from Hollywood aka Hellywood I wanted to pay Tim for looking out.and far exceeding my request and that silly guy refused my money!!! Not only that which is a significant favor he has become my friend for life. Therefore I will never be able to express my gratitude having this awesome dude in my friend circle.. a PS they don't make em like time anymore so take your car there bc he won't let you down!!!

I had a great experience with Harvey' Collision Repair. From the beginning, they were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They looked over my vehicle and provided me with an estimate within a couple of hours. Paperwork was a breeze and they had my vehicle back in my possession in less than a week. My vehicle looked fantastic! I highly recommend this business and will be referring them to everyone I know.

I patterned with Turo and recently had an accident Harvey’s collision center has made the whole process a lot better than other body shops. I highly recommend if your on the fence of where to go to choose this center. 10/10

The customer service at the Harvey’s at Commerce and Sylvan was excellent, and I wasn’t even a customer. I was with my elderly mom today when a large piece under my car began to drag on the ground as I was leaving downtown Dallas. Luckily I was able to exit and stopped at Harvey’s—and Junior helped to place zip ties in several places, which helped me arrive safely home. The customer service rep greeted me kindly when I entered the lobby to ask for help. I appreciate this business so much. Thank you!
