I highly recommend using Hatcher Heavy Duty Services if you are ever in need of a tow. They saved me from another wrecker company that was trying to scam us for $15k when 1 of our tractor trailers was broken down. I called for a 2nd opinion and Jessica was honest with me and got out there in under 30 minutes to get us taken care of for a very reasonable price. They will be my first call in that area moving forward. Thanks again Hatcher!

I was passing through Birmingham after dropping off a load and was on my way back to Mississippi when my truck broke down. I called about getting a tow back to our yard and Lamar showed up in a very timely manner and safely transported me and my truck back. Good prices and good people at this company.

MY FRIEND HAD A SEIZURE AND HIS CAR WAS TOWED. HE WAS NOT FININACIALY ABLE TO GET CAR OUT. ON HIS PAPERWORK IT HAS MEDICAL AS THE TOW TYPE. UNTIL HE COULD GET HIS CAR OUT HE ASK TO GET HIS PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND MOBILE PHONE THEY SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY $85.00 JUST TO GET HIS BELONGINGS SO WHEN DOES GETTING YOUR CAR IMPOUNDED GIVE THE TOWING COMPANY TO ASK FOR MONEY? AFTER ALL THEY MAKE MONEY WHEN VEHICLES AREN'T RECOVERED

The worst experience I have ever had with a wrecker company they was rude no help and I wouldn't use them if I had to drag my car with a rope they are price gouging people and I hope the wheels fall off all there wreckers at once

Wife went to retrieve personal items from Daughters totaled vehicle. Associate was extremely rude and unprofessional, site had dogs all over the place during business hours and when she requested that the dogs be put up the associate declined assistance and just said they live here what do you want me to do?

BAD BUSINESS!!!!! Very unprofessional. They treat their customers like trash. We had a wreck and the police had the car towed there while we went to the hospital. They basically try to make it impossible to get your belongings or your car no matter how much proof you have. The crazy lady out front that runs the show is bad bad bad people. All Mexican staff it seems. Just a complete scam sham all around. I’d recommend anyone above them!!!

All Towing companies take pictures, Hatcher services has been around for as long as I can remember, I remember when he first started up, you always going to have mad customers and customers blaming you for messing up there cars, this company has professional drivers here and they treat you like they want to be treated, which is always fair.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED BY THESE PEOPLE!!!! I SWEAR TO YOU THEY TORE MY CAR COMPLETELY UP! Tarrant had my car towed...which I had just bought it a month earlier it drove like new! Soon as I pulled it off of their lot I noticed my car was driving different. I took it to the dealership and got a diagnostic on it and they had broken my STIRRING RACK/STRUTS/and Plus I have to have my car aligned. Now I’m in the process of suing them. Don’t let this happen to you to!!!!!

Had a customers car get impounded through Tarrant. We called and got price and storage per day. Went the next day and as my wrecker driver pulled up they told him they are close for the next hour for lunch. So ok we went back after that and now they will not accept the amount that was discussed the day before. These people as far as I am concerned are no good people and liars. All I expected was for this company to do exactly what they said. No more and no less.

Very rude and unprofessional people. I wish my car had of been towed somewhere else. They gave me a very difficult time letting me get my things out of my daughter's totaled car. They weren't concern of the outcome of the circumstances. My daughter could have been killed in that crash and they did not care. Very rude do not take your car here if you can help it.

These guys were right on time with fast, resonably priced service. Wish I'd have gotten the operator's name, he deserves a thank you for making a difficult lift look like a walk in the park.

This is the most unprofessional service I have ever gotten by a towing service. I will NEVER do business with them again and I insist you don't either if you are reading this review. There was no communication between getting my car back after multiple calls, a proper pick up time to remove my items from my car, and they abruptly left without notifying me that they were leaving the office empty although threathening me that they would ship my car away without my being there to retrieve my items. I consistently tried to get in touch with them and had to call the police because the owner decided, in her words, that she isn't sending anybody to come and let me get my items because she didn't want to interrupt their lunch break. Although I was in the rain on my lunch break to pick up my items... They were paid and I was made to feel like I was second rate and not a priority to their precious lunch break, although I had just given up mines. Ridiculous!!!

This place is a rip off!!! Poor excuse for a wrecker company!!! Rude and hateful people to say the least. Best thing for this company is to go out of business, that would be a great service for the community. If it wasn’t for all the impound business from Tarrant City they would go out of business, it’s a racket that should be against the law but when your in their back pocket the law does not apply.
