Would highly discourage anyone from coming here as if you will most likely be overcharged for your service or will try to upsell you on items you don’t need. They can be deceptive at times.

Perdóname. Mi inglés es malo, así que estoy escribiendo mi reseña de varias visitas a continuación en mi español (Cuba) Basura. No puedo esperar hasta que se abra el nuevo lugar de lavado de autos de jack n box. El personal de lavado de autos aquí rutinariamente roba cosas de los autos de las personas. Y con frecuencia dañan los vehículos de los clientes (pantallas LCD, antenas de radio, sensores tesla, desordenan los embragues de transmisión estándar, la lavadora de autos rompe partes de los vehículos). Sobre el lado del cambio de aceite. ¿Qué tan seguro se siente que su automóvil sea reparado por lo que parecen ser delincuentes profesionales? (se nota rápidamente que son delincuentes por la forma agresiva en que hablan. La gente normal no es grosera ni tonta como esta, jajaja) Literalmente romperán las escobillas del limpiaparabrisas, fugas de aceite debido a tapones mal ajustados, rutinariamente romperán los filtros de aceite , intente estafarlo en el cambio de sus filtros de aire. No recomendado. El gerente blanco es muy incompleto y también debería ser investigado, parece tener muchos prejuicios hacia nosotros los latinos. ¿Por qué ser racista en 2023 Trump no sirve?

The quality of the car wash services here are mediocre, but unfortunately convenient. I just paid for an upsell package and they would not honor the coupon that would have applied had I not given them even more of my business. I can't wait for the Mr Car wash to open.

Went in for an oil change. Things were NOT secured back properly under my hood. Now the latch on my hood is broken and my windshield is shattered. One of their people were negligent, they refuse to take responsibility because the warning light didn't come on saying the hood was open (mind you it's the fact that the stuff UNDER the hood not being secured correctly is what caused the plethora of issues), and now I'm stuck trying to get everything fixed. I've used them SEVERAL times before but this time clearly someone dropped the ball and I'm stuck footing the bill. This will get rectified. But I will no longer use them or recommend them because they are using people that are more concerned about getting off than making sure they fix everything back correctly on the car before giving someone their keys back!

They broke the trunk door and refused to take responsibility for it, so now I am out of pocket several hundred bucks. Horrible service, cheats— avoid at all costs.

Came in this week for an oil change/inspection and was greeted with a smile. Everything was so smooth. No irrational sales pitch. Straight to the point and very professional. Great shop those men run!

For what they charge you, you should be alot cleaner when you pull out the lot & the lady at the front counter is rude they should teach her customer service.

My 88 year old mother in law went in to get her van inspected, her bill was $179.63! They sold her antifreeze for 89.99, $40.00 for a cabin air filter, $10.00 to “clean her Battery”, $14.00 for shop supplies! She just wanted her state inspection. Talk about taking advantage of the elderly, this place does it and never thinks twice! This should be against the law, she needs the inspection to renew her plates.

Came over to this place because I just moved to this side of town and I spoke to the manager Hunter and he was super helpful with my car I got my oil changed and my power steering flushed the staff there really did an excellent job on my vehicle detailing it. I will definitely be returning. Thanks a lot!!!

Fortunately, I’ve been a regular customer for years at this location. Had a major engine problem (due to an engine recall) and had serviced at dealership. If not for the regular oil service and additional maintenance records I obtained from Hunter, the dealer would not have honored the replacement warranty. The dealer ended up replacing my 6 y.o. engine free of charge!

I have been using this Havoline Xpress for a number of years now. Luke is always very responsible, conscientious, and pleasant to deal with. I have never been treated like a “woman“ and he has never given me anything that the vehicle did not need. I recently took my husband’s F250 diesel to have the inspection. The machine that does inspections on diesels was down. Luke told me he would be in at 6:00 the next morning to make sure it was running and do the inspection. I told him I wouldn’t come there that early that’s awful to do to him. I did go in, he did it and it was just as good as on any of our cars Please don’t judge them in the same light as you judge the Cabana car wash that they are attached to.

Classic crooked mechanic, the old you need new wipers to pass trick. Had fairly new rain-x wipers on and they told me I needed new ones to pass the inspection. The wipers they made me buy are trash and never even cleaned my windshield properly.
