*update since they used cheap parts on my car the brakes are the wrong size so iwasted time and money and they didnt use lube and they re used certain parts so now my car is making an even worse noise..... thanks hawthorne... * The people are kind and truly do try to help but after returning 3X they didn't hear the very apparent noise that I took it to them for and spent $1,000 to have a whole new issue and noise now.. so I have to go to another shop :/

Truck wouldn't start. Was told to get truck towed there on a Thursday around 2pm. He would look at it Friday. He didn't look at until Monday. Called said it needed a whole new fuel pump and that it would be fine after that. 545 dollars later and my truck is stalling after turning it on. I had trouble leaving the lot. They never offered me to look into it more and fully fix my vehicle. I cannot believe that they were content with letting a vehicle leave the lot like that. That vehicle is supposed to tote around 3 kids but stall while driving.? Very unprofessional.... if I was offered other work I would've paid for it. I wanted my truck back up and running 100 percent not just get it back started... I will not be back now I have to kick out more money for another diagnostic somewhere when my truck should've been completely fixed under the one diagnostic test.

On 9/22/2021 We took our car 🚗 to this repair shop. One of our friends highly recommend (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) them for the hard work that they do. So we went here for our very first time. Our check engine 🚂 light 🚨 came on , of course it was yellow 🟡 However, before that we had problems with starting ( taking about 2 to 3 times to start) and it would stall and cut out and out of nowhere ( twice in dangerous times with high traffic 🚦 🚗🚗 other times in parking lots) So we ended up taking our car here the first time they fixed it on a no start , couldn't find the main problem but fix our tire light (which other repair shops we went to can't seem to fix right) then came back another day cause our engine light was on they was able to find the main problem and what was needed to be repaired/replace. They did a fantastic job ! 👍👍 Our car is running fast, smooth and starting right up with no problems now. Excellent feeling knowing now we can drive safely on the road 🛣️ again with our car and to help prevent a accident for us and anyone else ! To all the repairs guys : We really appreciate your hard work and time to fix our car !

Couldn't beat the price heard a squeaky noise coming from my back breaks I watched him take the brake drums off and he was very honest and competitive priced since I decided to keep my car for now in till I find a 2020 deal I cant pass up on I'll have him tune my car up and change my transmission fluid as well.

I take all my cars here for routine maintenance. Last year my old 98 Jeep Wrangler’s brakes went out. I took it to Hawthorne Birite and they fixed the brakes. When I got home I parked the Jeep and it stayed parked until today, 6 months later. It was a nice day, so I decided to take it for a spin. While driving I noticed the brakes were not responding properly. I called the garage and they told me to check the brake fluid and bring them my Jeep. The brake fluid was almost empty, I filled it, and then dropped it off. Around 2 hours later they called and said to come pick it up. To my surprise there was NO charge. The mechanic said he tighten a loose brake line that was leaking and adjusted the rear brakes. The brakes work great now. A few months back I needed some work done on the car I normally drive and they offered to drive me back to my house. This garage is owned by honest people!!

I took my Ford Ranger there for an estimate on my exhaust they told me 440 dollars and charged me 42 dollars for the estimate. They said I needed a catalytic converter I didn't need one I ended up getting the work done at minikee the exhaust and oil change 260 dollars I would not trust them.

This is the only garage we get our car serviced at.The men are very trustworthy.As a woman,they are very honest to me.Any time I stop there they are ready to help me.If I need to leave the car,they will take me home.If they don't have the part,they will search till find it ,and have delivered.The other day,I needed a part,which he called my car dealer ,he got off and said it was to expensive,so he called Junk yard.They didn't have any,from here to VA.Nobody had the part,he said I guess you should buy the dealers part,but he wasn't happy.I knew then he was honest.You want trusting service,this the place to come. Great mechanic, Randy, and good prices. Stays busy but tries to accommodate break downs, flats, etc. Quoted me $460 for timing belt, water pump kit, routine renewal for Solara at 115k miles [ because engine destroys itself if timing belt breaks like most Japanese cars ] My son who heads maint at LG dealership said they get about $1500 for same job.
